"Beware members if a contractor asks for more than 10% or a thousand dollars deposit whichever is less, asks for cash, write check in name of person and not company, RUN! Most good contractors are booked in advance during the rain season. We do have a reputable honest company. When we get into the winter months it is always the same scenario. Reputable companies will have a large volume of requests and unfortunately some requests will fall on the wayside, seems like these are the ones that write me up! We tried to contact this customer but well customer is KING what can I say. My sincere apologies to you I understand not all clients will be a good fit for my firm.
