Joel and all the guys in the field (Eddie and Eric!) are attentive, trustworthy, and real experts at what they do. Follow-up calls and service are unlike anyone else I've ever had do work at my house. Felt a little expensive at first but you definitely get what you pay - - definitely worth it.

Professional customer service. I had to step in and adjust my sprinklers. The repairmen seemed in a rush to get the the next project. Fortunately I'm used to adjusting sprinklers. I also had to call multiple times to get the work approved. The company seems very busy, so I can't give 5 stars, but otherwise I would use the company again.

Joel was great very on top of things, Israel the lead tech and all is workers were amazing, but Israel went above and beyond to answer any questions and really know his work. Always on time and keep us informed of the progress.

Look, sprinkler work is not a sexy home improvement item like re-doing a kitchen or bathroom would be. So, it's not as fun a check to write (and it's not cheap!). But, it's a good thing to do because the first thing people see when they come to your house is your landscaping. And if the sprinklers aren't watering correctly, you're going to have dead plants and blotches on your lawn. Not good. They did a great job and they cared about every nook and cranny of my yard. You get what you pay for and you're getting the real deal here.

Israel was our lead tech and was terrific. He's exceedingly knowledgeable, showed up on time and a true pleasure to work with. The company is pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for--we think Israel went out of his way to help us in every way.

Way overpriced, I was charged $395 to replace one sprinkler valve which had unions on both sides and took about 15 minutes. He also checked the two controls and reset them. The total time on site was 1 hour 10 minutes. It was my fault as I hired the first person to respond and didn't compare prices as I was pressed for time, and was told from the start it could be that much. Afterwords I saw an email from HomeAdvisor that the average price for the job should be $170.

After a while trying to get an appointment scheduled, they were out right on time and fixed the problem in under 10 minutes. The technician Eddie clearly knows his stuff.

I would definitely refer them, my only complaint would be the cost. The quote was based off the job taking the entire day, Alex got it done in a little over 3 hours. The only reason I agreed to the crazy price was because I needed it done and didn't have the time to do it myself.

I highly recommend Joel and his team. If you want quality and great service, this is your company.

The worker correctly diagnosed my problem and the craftsmanship in the repair was excellent. They replied quickly and were able to look at it the next day. I believe the amount charged was high so, looking back, I would recommend getting another bid just to be thorough.
