We have had Robert service all our Saabs. We find him to be the most honest and upfront mechanic we've ever used, so much so that we continued to buy Saabs because we knew we were in good hands with Robert.

They were pretty responsive and their price was competitive. They specialize in Saab and Volvo brands, which was probably what I was looking for.

When my old Saab died I bought another used one because I didn't want to try and find another mechanic as good as, or as honest as, Robert. I knew it would be impossible. He works hard, fixes things that others have told me couldn't be fixed, and always tries to help in any way he can. There have been a few times when I was forced to go to another mechanic and I always got cheated. Now I know it's better to wait until Robert can do it. I wish all the people I had to deal with in my life were as competent and kind. I've never had a Volvo, but I would trust Tord as well. I can tell his customers are big fans. And they are both some of the nicest people I've ever met as well.

Wonderful, he told me to come in anytime that day. When I arrived he dropped everything to change my headlight for me. Only charged me the cost of the light, took 5 mins. He made sure it was aimed correctly. He was very sweet and I learned about Sweden, they really are Swedish!

They didn't charge me for that. They repair Saab and Volvo. They are honest and don't cheat you. They will tell you whether you need to get the job done or not. Robert and Tord are both perfect gentlemen. They were recommended by other women online. My car is ready at the time when I go to pick it up.

When I called and described the problem of the engine making noise but failing to turn over, Robert (who is very cordial) said that it was probably a sensor or starter problem. He offered to come by to look at the car. Instead, because of the auto body work that needed to be done, I had the car towed to 2 Guys. Robert got back to me at the end of the day (quickly, in other words) to let me know that the good news was that the sensor (which is much cheaper than a starter) needed replacing. We discussed cost, and fixing the trunk as reasonably as possible, while still having it look good. Robert was able to realign the trunk manually to make it work well and look normal. He also was able to find a used bumper in excellent shape that would then be painted to match my car -- this being a much cheaper option than installing a new bumper. (The car has 64,000 miles and is 8 years old.) I appreciate that Robert called me with each new development and to apprise me of options and costs, and that he was able to do all the repair work well while respecting my wish to keep the costs down. With the new bumper, the car looks much better than it did even before the accident.

I have a 1995 Volvo and Tord is great - I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Reasonable prices, fast service, and really good about talking about what you NEED to do (for safety reasons or to avoid a more expensive problem later) versus what you could do, but isn't urgent.

We have taken several cars to Tord and Robert over the past 15 years and they have been great. Friendly, efficient, quick, reasonably priced and we have nothing but rave reviews. When we purchased a Volvo that was still on warranty, we were sad to realize that we had to take it to the dealership for repairs and we miss Tord and Robert.

No matter what the problem, they always resolved the issue quickly. I've probably had the car in for service more than a dozen times and I have NEVER had to return for follow up. Put simply, the work is always done right, quickly and for a fair price.

It was so funny they were trying to explain what was wrong and it just went over my head. They did try though. I have been here before with several different cars and they are always great. They work on Volvos and Saabs only. The price that they charge is lower than the dealer. They are also very professional and trustworthy individuals.

These guys go the extra mile. They gave me a loaner tire rim while they tracked down a used one at a great price. If you have a Volvo or a Saab check them out. Yesterday they ordered and installed a part the same day so that I could pick my child up by 3:00PM
