It was a wonderful honest experience. The two plumbers. Josh and Michael were very professional and extremely polite. They actually didn' provide a service but honestly told us it wasn't needed. The Family Plumber is very lucky to have such nice, honest young men working for them. I would recommend them to all my neighbors. Thank you.

They helped answer all my question from the start of the bid process to the very finish. They found and recommended improvements and repairs during the process. They where on time and used text messaging to give me details of the work. I had to work each day and they left my house very clean.

Before you pass judgement on the cost of my repairs, let me tell you that I had over 16 hours of work done on my home.  Not only did it go well with these guys, I'd use them again without a second thought! 
Let me start by saying that I HATE PLUMBING.  When houses get old, it's your worst nightmare.  The Family Plumber shows up on time, prepared, and works harder than anyone I've ever used in the past.  Most importantly, they don't cut corners.  When the job is completed, you will be satisfied.  I don't think you can put a price on that.

Paul H and Eddie arrived right on time and did an excellent job installing a replacement toilet for me.  All communication done by the office provided me with the information about the job cost that I needed.  I would not hesitate to hire this firm again.

I have used The Family Plumber several times. This time I had a valve leak and I was going out of town for business so I needed it done ASAP. Vicky was very understanding. She found out who was in my neighborhood and was able to send them over after they finished their job. Rick has done several repairs for me. He knows his stuff and is a very honest guy. I wanted to write a review to let people know what a good plumbing company this is. Everyone is courteous and they take care of business and really help out when you are in a bind. I would highly recommend them.

Great! I am unemployed and not able to upgrade my plumbing at this time.  Mike was able to locate the stems and install the ones required for my very old shower.  Very professional and down to earth as the nameof the company implies.

The old one inch galvanized pipe, that runs from the city water meter (next to the street) to my house, had been in service for 64 years and finally gave up the ghost. The owner called me shortly after I sent a message via Angie's messaging service, and offered to go by my house later that same day to give me an estimate. He called me at work a few hours later, told me what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Vicky (a very nice lady who does the logistical work) called me soon after and put me on the calendar. Right on schedule, two nice guys showed up at my house exactly on time. They dug a trench for the new copper line, drilled under my very large half-circle driveway, and after 8 hours everything was done. The Family Plumber did the job correctly the first time, pulled the city permits (this is a very important detail), and made sure they left my yard in excellent condition once the city inspector had blessed their work.

I originally contacted The Family Plumber to disconnect and reconnect my kitchen sink as part of a kitchen remodel.  Paul spent a long time on the phone with me answering all of my questions and explaining all of my options.  He then made sure that he was the person dispatched to the job since he had all of the details.  He disconnected the sink very efficiently and we decided to purchase a new garbage disposal, separate the shut off for the fridge from the sink and replace the pipes from the wall.  During his visit, I also asked for a quote on installing new comfort height toilets and installing a trap for the main line in our front yard.  We scheduled these jobs as well.  Paul and his assistant Eddie completed all of the work very efficiently and did an excellent job on all of the different items we had done. Our water heater also decided to go out in-between the various jobs that The Family Plumber was working on and they responded within a few hours and replaced it the same day so that we had hot water before we left on vacation.  We appreciate their quality work and will most definitely call The Family Plumber for any future plumbing issues.

They arrived right on time and provided very professional service.  I would recommend and use again.  They give a $10 discount to Angie's List customers.
