I compared prices of numerous insurance companies and they quoted me with Mercury, which was much better than the other quotes I had from everyone else. They answered the phone right away and after about 20 minutes of answering questions on my home and cars they gave me the price...which included a discount for having both my car and house together. They also quoted an umbrella policy, but told them I would wait. I have already recommended 2 friends and a family member and they were able to write the insurance for 1 friend and my family member. I would use them again, they were friendly and knew the answers to my questions...plus, they are local, I called a couple of the big national companies and I just feel more comfortable having someone local and not some voice in a call center in some other state.

They are a lot cheaper than AllState, a lot cheaper. The service is really good. I like the time and consideration that they took. We've only been with them for 3 months so I'm not really sure on the overall experience. We were with AllState for 30-40 years.
