Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

I thought the plumbing in my 2 toilet tanks needed to be replaced because they both continue to run. He only changed the flaps in both toilet tanks. Due to the fact that I have change these flaps before I thought the price was outrageous. I did not know you could charge a person that much money for such a simple thing. It was a total shock. I believe in paying and don't mind paying if the work is worth the price and this exceeded it. I have to admit the guy that did the job was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable and I really liked his work. I just wish the price was more reasonable.

Great customer service. Though I was informed the repair may only be a band aid we are gonna try it and see. Definitely on the pricier side, but they were fast and courteous.

They fixed a previously botched job by someone else, great work. I ll call Lees first next time. Arrived as scheduled, personable and proficient worker.

I have a home Warranty with Lee s for air conditioning and plumbing. They are always professionals and go out of their way to help resolve any problems and back their work with out question. I have several properties and I have their service program for each. A bonus of having their service is they promise in an emergency they will respond with in two hours of your call. I have never met a more courteous, informed and professional group of guys that work for them. They even greet my dogs with a little love. I have peace of mind knowing they are they are honest, have fair prices and the work is unquestionable!

Would have liked a written estimate with enough time to decide, how and when to have the job accomplished. An itemized statement of what was done so I felt that I completely understood what I was reading on the e-mail statement.

Due to structural issues they had to mount the fan vertically. Leaving a weight-bearing stud running through the opening. In order to get the register to fit they cut the weight bearing stud almost halfway through. You would think they could have modified the register instead of cutting the stud. The bottom louver does not close, leaving the system open. They were notified of the issues and as of this writing have not resolved them.

Prompt, professional and clean. Great diagnosis, for $100. However, the low rating was due to extremely outrageous price quote for the repair. $600 for a condenser fan, using a generic fan, not even OEM. Got another quote for $350 from other contractor. In the end, bought a universal fan for $88 and replaced it myself. I can see a company making a profit, but Lees is out of line. Repairman kept saying they guarantee their work, but when I read the invoice for the estimate, warranty only lasts 1 year. Very disappointed a company would take advantage of clients this way.

Lee's is an honest business. Because of the age of my toilet and the liability issues, they turned down working on it. They recommended another plumbing service who is more likely to take care of the project.
