I have been using them for years and they are great.

Vince cleans my very light carpets twice a year and always does a great job. His price is VERY reasonable.

I phoned to schedule carpet cleaning.The person who answered the phone was pleasant. I explained that I had 2 bedrooms but that there was little and quot;cleanableand quot; floor space. I mentioned that the only furniture that would have to be moved, a few feet to the dining area, was my coffee table in the living room. I was told that the company does not move furniture (because they don't want to be responsible for furniture breaking). The following report stated that they move heavy furniture. I wanted only one heavy coffee table moved.

It was suggested that I have someone move the coffee table. I am a female senior citizen. If I have to pay to have one coffee table moved/then moved back; I'd be better off hiring a carpet cleaner that will move the table when cleaning the carpet....even if they charge more.

Vince was on time and ready to go. A year ago my kitties decided to climb up the fireplace flue, and then roll the entire length of the sofa. Vince was able to remove a year-old soot stain.

A very professional company, with reasonable prices. I am so glad I found them, and will be getting my carpets cleaned more often.
