The plumber was on time. And did outstanding work.

There was still a minor leak in the refrigerator filter line connection and the line was too short. But the technician agreed and came back the next day to correct problems.

This was a difficult project, owing to the no-cripple-wall construction of my house and the ridiculously tight crawl space - less than a foot in critical spots - plus the maze of beams and ducts. I called six or seven plumbers to come out and bid the work and two of them ran screaming (well, not really, they just told me they needed to work up an estimate 'back at the office' and never called back). One guy swore I'd have to rip out a wall AND the floor to get to the pipe. Mr. Rooter didn't propose anything so dramatic. They just said they'd excavate as needed to make room to move around. So that's what they did. They billed it as a two-day job. They showed up on time, and the work was wrapped up by the third hour of the second day. Because that, I was concerned this job had been overbilled. Their bid had been astronomical, but it was still lower than everyone's except the guy with the lapsed bond. Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak.

It went great. In less than 2 hours I was back in business with household chores.

It was fine. They had to re pipe a lot. It took about 2 days. Yes, I would use them again.

Ridicuculous, they knew I I was in a semi desperate situation and they tried to sell me a water heater for $3,000.

Saturday morning I jumped into the shower to start my day. The next thing I know the bathtub next to the shower started to backup. I called Mr. Rooter in Long Beach at 8:10 AM and asked if they had someone who could come by. Within one hour Shai and his trainee Grant were at my door. While Shai worked clearing the clog while Grant did a thorough check of all my plumbing inside and out. I was very impressed with the work and even more impressed with their attention to detail. They were fast, clean and ever so polite. Hats off to Shai, what a great technician, and his associate Grant. Thanks for doing such a great job. Let me add that the price as far less than expected!

Ended up going with someone else so cancelled appt

Andy, from Mr. Rooter came to my home to unclog a drain in my bathroom. Andy, the technician, snaked the drain and then said he needed to remove the P trap to snake the drain from that point which would be an additional charge of $50.00. I agreed to the charge and Andy removed the P trap and ran the snake through it. Problem solved. Later that evening I began to place items back under the sink and noticed water in the cabinet. I called Mr. Rooter to have someone come back to my home to fix the leak coming from the P Trap. I was told I would be charged $65.00 for a technician to come out and fix the leak coming from the P trap because it was after hours. I explained this was not a new service. I needed service to correct a problem created by Andy, their technician. I received a call from Miguel Ramirez, another technician, and Miguel said he would not come out unless I paid the additional $65.00 fee. Miguel Ramirez said "if you don't want water leaking in your cabinet don't use the sink until the company can send someone out to fix this issue." I asked Miguel to have the owner call me. The owner, Greg, choose not to call me until the next morning and told me he made a judgement call and decided not to call me the night before. Instead of being apologetic, the owner Greg preceded to justify why it was acceptable to not inconvenience his men after house because they work 10 – 12 hour days. This owner of this company was not only unprofessional he was arrogant. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to pay extra to have someone come back and fix the problem their company created regardless of the time. It is also unacceptable and inexcusable to inconvenience a customer for an error a company made. I will not recommend or use this company ever again. Bad business practice!

Removed p-trap, and ran a snake into the main bathroom's sink drain, but was unable to clear clog due to the poor condition of the old plumbing. However, effort is appreciated and commended because the stench coming from the drain was unbearable. Recommended replacement of santi within wall, and provided estimate. Same procedure was followed to clear clog in sink drain of second bathroom. Although I was disappointed that it was against the service provider's policy to snake the drains from the vent pipes via the roof, one of the drains was cleared, and a good effort was made to clear the other.
