Jay Warner is an exceptionally good General Contractor and his prices are very fair. He has very, very good subcontractors. The quality of the work was phenomenal. They far exceeded our expectations in regards to attention to detail and we are extremely particular about quality. The work by all of the sub-contractors was of the highest quality. The tile work is meticulous. The painters are excellent, clean and careful. The plumber is wonderful and conscientious. His electrician is also excellent. Jay Warner himself is a master carpenter and does unbelievably beautiful work. The mantle and the cabinets are museum quality and we could not be more pleased with the results. Jay coordinated the timing of the project excellently. He broke down detailed costs of all work on his invoices. He always texted me about who would be coming the next day and what time they would arrive. He was very conscientious about performing the work while we were at home. It was a good experience and his work is great. I feel we got great value for our money, especially for this high quality work. He drove an hour each way every day and was still early every time. He serves all of Orange County, California. We would never use anyone else if we needed more work done. We feel lucky to have found Jay. You will be very satisfied if you use this company's services.
