We contacted Angie's List for our roofing needs. Set an appointment and met with "Erik" Gombinski, Supervisor. My wife and I mentioned to Erik what & why it was our desire to do the demo. After and with additional information, Erik stated, hold off (our house is for sale) and for all the right reasons wait to see what/if a buyer would want to do. The decision was "right" and the overall idea was not to spend our $$ unnecessarily, but to see what is coming up. Erik was not only a great representative of Home Renew 360 BUT a true professional in estimating what is truly all end. Ron Levi has been our project manager for work on our Riverside house. Started with a full replacement of the roof.  What has been really tricky is that we are in Washington and had to rely on telephone and FaceTime communication.  We can't say enough good things about how this has gone.  Ron has been on top of everything and got work done so quickly.  In fact we are so happy with the work on the roof that we are now working with him on painting the exterior and replacing the windows.  The painting is a really big job on this old house with extensive sanding and some wood siding repair.  Again, communication with Ron has been great and he's been on top of the job at all times.  We highly recommend!

Ridiculous price proposal by Aiden representative of Home Renew 360. His original estimate of $19,000 plus was $10,000 more than the winning bid of $8,900. When he saw we were not interested in his original bid, he lowered it to $14,818, which was also almost $5,000 more than the second highest bid of $10,000. We had a very simple re-roof without needing to replace anything except removing and replacing shingles and fixing a couple of rotted boards. Make sure you get other bids before accepting any bids from this company.

there estimater arrived on time which was a great start but unfortunately was no prepared he didn't bring a tape measure or tried to take any measurements of the job which is important so he can give me an accurate estimate of the job at hand.after he was done walking and talking he told me he would send me the estimate I haven't received the estimate or any calls since. Ive been doing electrical for 20 years and that is not how I would walk a job.

Everything was GREAT! It was quick and they did a GREAT job! Ben Levy gave us the estimate. Cody and Arik were very involved in the whole process. Ben was ALWAYS available with a phone call. Loved that they showed up in masks as safety is number one right now in this age of COVID-19.

I asked them to get an estimate. They came and told me the price verbally. No written estimate so I didn't know the detail. I didn't hire them because the price was too high.

I would like to share my experience getting my house work done from Home Renew 360. I was looking to get rain gutters, even thought my exterior paint needed to be done as well. Erik Gombinski came out to my home shortly after and we started discussing the work I wanted done. After our discussion he started the job immediately on the following Monday. Within less than 2 weeks, the job was completed to my satisfaction. The workers were very neat, patient, and so professional, I am so happy with all of them. I also want to thank Erik's assistant, Cody, who helped me with my paint selections and made me feel comfortable selecting. I would refer this company to anyone, you will not be disappointed! I thank Erik and Cody for the help the gave me throughout the process. I am so happy with my home, and all my neighbors are commenting on how beautiful my house looks! Home Renew was so great. I was so stressed about getting this job done. Then I called Home Renew.(recommend by a friend) They came the next day and started the work the next day and finished to my surprise the same day.(they worked hard the whole day long) All along the process they would ask if I was agreeing with how they were doing, they protected and respected the rest of my house so not to dirty or damage anything. They were so polite and professional. I was beyond happy. They were very well priced, specially since they were so professional and the work was great.

I didn't have any experience in any home improvements, I only depend on my late husband's decisions and plans. With this, Ben and Erik did a such a good job in guiding me, and for the first time in my life I was able to do the things that I want to do with my house! From start to finish, Ben and Erik did everything to make it easy for me to tackle this gigantic plan in my house! We ended up doing a full kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodels, all new windows, new HVAC system, re-wire, re-pipe, complete interior paint, new flooring throughout the house and a new roof! We are extremely pleased with the results of our renovation project through Home Renew 360. From the initial contact with Gal, where we put our dreams on paper, to the contract signing with Gal and Ron, where we were assisted with securing financing, everything went smoothly. The craftsmen were careful of the property and kept in constant contact to insure that we were consulted whenever decisions had to be made. They each cleaned up their work site at the close of every day.The tile work in the bathroom and on the kitchen backsplash is a real showpiece, and the tiler even showed me how to grout an extra piece of backsplash to make my own custom trivet. The plumbers relocated the tankless water heater to a much more desirable location, installed new sinks, faucets, shower heads, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilets, garbage disposal and a hood for the range. The painters were very patient with my slow decision-making and painted samples onto the wall to help me choose. The walls and ceilings throughout the house now look pristine. The cabinet craftsman built an incredible, new 8’ cabinet and refaced the existing cabinets/drawers in a satin-looking finish, with all self-closing hardware. It gives the kitchen a dramatic look and compliments the floor, counter, walls and backsplash. The quartz countertops have a beautiful pattern and were measured and fit perfectly. The composite flooring was laid professionally and I was given expert advice on how best to care for it. The carpeting and new baseboards in three bedrooms and the living room were completed in one day and beautifully match the walls. The electricians added and rewired outlets, ran a dedicated line for the tankless water heater, installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen and bathroom, provided new sockets and dimmer switches, and put in multiple recessed lights. The roofers did a thorough job with both the repair of the wood slats and replacement of the old roof, and added an overlay on the patio cover which solved our leak problem. This was tested by torrential rains less than a week after installation! Gal, Ron and Victor, (the man with the eye for details,) alternated supervising the crew and were always available in person or by phone.The house looks beautifully updated and all of our home improvement dreams have been realized. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Their motto seems to be “Whatever you want!” as I heard this repeatedly whenever I asked “Do you think I could have.....?” Gal, Ron and aVictor provided a very personal touch, making sure our every wish was granted. The company even sent us flowers on our anniversary! For large or small jobs from floor to roof, Home Renew 360 is a company you can trust to bring you your dream home at an affordable price.

When Avi and Karen first came to my home to discuss what I needed, they immediately made me feel at ease. They were friendly, informative, and patient with me since I had some anxiety over all the roofing issues I had been having. They gave me a fair estimate, and set up a timeline for the work to start and when it should be finished. When it came to financing, they made sure that I was informed of my options and I was comfortable. After agreeing to begin the work, I was feeling a sense of peace about the whole process. The workers began arriving for the first day of the repairs promptly at 8 a.m. as promised. From that day until the work was completed, all workers came on time, worked nonstop until lunch, then returned and worked diligently and professionally until the end of their shifts. It was very impressive to see how well organized each crew was. When the work was finished, I was THOROUGHLY satisfied. My central air/heat works perfectly; my roof is beautiful; the paint on the house is flawless; and my bathroom vanity and wall look beautiful. We loved working with this company. We had a multi-faceted project, and every single crew was professional and courteous (even going out of their way to give our neighbors a heads up about noise or debris). They were on-time, on-budget, and excellent communicators. Guy and Adam specifically went above and beyond to make sure every minor detail was accounted for. There were a few bumps in the road (we have an old house!) -- and they came to the rescue on multiple occasions, even on holidays. We will definitely work with them again, and cannot recommend enough!
