Please please please DO NOT do business with this gentleman ( Especially Woman) If you don't have a lot of money for a job--He will not show up will have you sitting at your house for 2 and 1/2 hours waiting for him to arrive. Then call you the propose customer Liar!!! Saying that he tried to message you or call you but you didn't answer the phone and when you call him when he's late to find out what's going on he'll hang up on you not answer your phone calls!!!

Eddie was very punctual and friendly. Came on a last minute job to help us connect a water line. Would definitely hire him again.

Eddy called me shortly after my last minute request and was able to meet me the next morning (this was at 8:30pm). He was spot on time, let me know he was at my house(was vacuuming so I did not hear him come up), was patient for me to let him inside, he then assessed the damage and was honest and fair about the price. I let him know that I had cats and he knew right away to be mindful and keep exterior doors closed as much as possible. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone who is looking for an honest handyman.

Eddy did a great job in a short amount of time at a reasonable price. It was a complex job and he delivered on it. Fit and finish was missing for which he had to rush to get it done within a day. Hiring him was still a better call than going for overpriced contractors who were not responding to my ask.

He had his own tools and immediately went to work. My home is almost 100 years old and has many quirks. Eddy was able to fit a closet door into a space that was not level. Eddy has over 20 years of experience in building and construction, so rest assured of his skill level (...he knows what he's doing). He measured and cut the door to fit an unlevel/unplumb door jamb and it fits perfectly! Whenever Eddy could save me money, he did. He showed me why it was better to use the existing door striker and he was correct. He came out to do an estimate this morning; I hired him on the spot and the work was completed in the afternoon. He is efficient, has excellent skills and the job turned out very well.

Eddy was punctual, polite and respectful. He came out provided a quote and stated he could start the next day. He works very hard. The slab is nice, not perfect but it will work for what I need it for. He cleans up after himself but there were a few areas that I needed to bring to his attention. He was respectful and took care of my concerns. He’s a very hard worker. My only complaint was that he under quoted himself and I needed to pay more before he was done or would end up with a half done project. I really don’t think he was trying to rip me off but wonder what would have happened if I couldn’t pay the additional money. The additional amount came out to approx average for that type of job but based on the additional amount I was hoping for an excellent-very good concrete slab but I didn’t quite get that. It was good and it will serve its purpose but I had higher expectations. I would likely hire Eddy again for a different type of project.

He showed up early to figure out what the materials he would need and went to the store. Eddy was a great guy and did a lot of work. Some of the work performed was in a little space that made the job difficult. The job was mostly completed, but could have been better if he had more time.
