Description of Work: Owner is very responsive to calls even though it's El Nino season and he's swamped with calls. The crew came and cleaned all the gutters as expected and rinsed down the yard as all the gunk from the gutter splattered all over. The gutter is probably clean as I couldn't really verify but the rinsing down of the yard was sub-standard as they left a lot of splatters all over the patio furnitures, walls, and walkways - thus a B rating on Quality.

Description of Work: We have a long ranch style home with gutters on the front and back and a tile roof, so you can't walk on the roof. Although we waited 3 weeks for the representatives to com e [I KNEW THIS WHEN I BOOKED, hey everyone wants this done prior to el nino] I told the provider that this was not an emergency. Their work was efficient, they brought a crew and their tools and YES, I will surely use them again.

Description of Work: After calling many gutter installers and cleaners in a pre-el niño panic I got a call back from Pat Bresnahan himself. He had an appointment available within weeks vs the others who had nothing until January. In fact his crew called me the day before my appointment to let me know that they were in the neighborhood and wondered whether they could look at my situation a day early. They quoted me and set to work.

Description of Work: I read the previous reviews on Angie's list and selected my service provider based on those reviews. When I spoke with Pat in September, he indicated that it was very busy, but that if I wanted him to be present, we could schedule further out, so we scheduled an appointment for mid-October. The date arrived, and Pat did not come with his crew. This was disappointing as I had advised him in the initial call that I needed gutter repair, and the crew that arrived that day had no knowledge thereof, and no materials. It's now mid-November, and my husband and Pat have been corresponding through emails. We were asked to send pictures of the specific repairs needed, and have done so, but are awaiting additional information about costs. I am hopeful this is resolved soon. By the way, Pat indicated in his initial conversation with me that Angie's List customers were typically demanding. I thought it was an interesting comment at the time; I wish now that I had heeded it as a signal of things to come. Call me disappointed, and worried about future Angie's list recommendations.

Description of Work: They called me with a cancellation for a date before my scheduled gutter |cleaning. A crew came with the owner who supervised the work. They cleaned gutters and removed leaves from flat areas of Spanish tiled house. The work |was done efficiently and accomplished in a two-hour period.

Description of Work: We called Bresnahan Rain Gutter Specialists to come clean and repair all of our rain gutters, and to clean and check our roof. We have a two story house, but that posed no problem for them. Patrick came last week with workers who got to work quickly and did everything in a very professional manner. They came back this week to complete the repairs that were needed. Very pleased with the work and the workers.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the service and responsiveness of the provider. I did not have to be home for the inspection or the gutter cleaning which was a great since I would have had to take time off from work. The gutters were cleaned, and everything was left cleaned up (no dirt or mess on the ground. I felt I got timely responses when I called or texted the provider.

Description of Work: Pat and team showed up on time and did the cleaning on time. They also fixed a couple of gutters that were broken on leaning the wrong way. Over all I am very satisfied and would use them again.
