We specialize in Flat roofing, to include acrylic, silicone, tpo, or torch down roofing. We have experience with steep slope tile, two piece Spanish, S tile and shake. Shingle Roofing installation, replacement, and repairs. Our services are customized to the individual project, paying close attention to the details of each project that we're involved with. I had gotten an estimate from another roofer who proposed something so elaborate and complicated, I wasn't sure if that was the correct solution to the problem. Then I called BLP Roofing. They were very responsive, on time, and proposed a more logical approach to the repairs. I am happy I chose them instead. They are efficient and very easy to work with. I would call on them again.

I wish I had called BLP Roofing last year. That being said, we are very satisfied with the work done on our flat and tile roofs. They did a water check and no leaks. The final test will be when it rain. The workmen were on time and finished the job when promised. Oliver was very thorough in explaining the work to be done.

Oliver was Very punctual, and performed work in a timely manner. I like the way he cleaned up the work area before he left. He explained everything he was going to do to me before he started the work. I felt very comfortable talking with him, he s very personable with a lot of patients.
