+ 3 moreAction Services provided a fantastic service . John Santore is a plumbing contractor who handled my wall heater installation . I spoke with him on the phone and explained that the heater that came with the house I bought didn't work . He said he replaces them frequently . After meeting with him and few others I knew he was the right guy for the job . He came out a few days later and handled the installation . It took 1 day AND he set me up with a programable wall thermostat as well ! It gets even better ... A year later , I went to turn the heat and I wasn't getting the same heat as I did the winter before . I called Action Services and spoke with John and explained my problem . He came out the next day and found that I accidently disconnected a wire at the bottom when I was cleaning over the summer . There was no charge for that either ! John is a total professional and I will continue to use him in the future and would recommend him to anyone .
