Accurate Electrical Services is a residential electrical contracting company whose focus is to offer the best possible service to each and every one of our clients. With over 25 years of serving in Southern California, we have the experience and skill to solve any technical issues you may have, but we strive to give you even more. Your calls are answered by real people. Appointments are set around your schedule. We only send you the best electricians, as all of our technicians are state certified, licensed, background checked, and randomly drug tested. We educate our clients on their electrical system and provide options that allow them to make the best decisions. We use Up-Front pricing on all our work. That means there are no surprises and you know EXACTLY what it will cost before any work is started. All of our work includes our Accurate Promise: “If you are not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right or you don't pay!” We stand behind our workmanship. If we made a mistake or overlooked something, we'll come back and make it right at no cost to you...for LIFE!

The electrician arrived on time, showed me the prices from the price book and did the work in a straightforward manner. He seemed knowledgeable about his job. They make a lot of phone contact and follow up afterwards.
Be advised they have a dispatch fee that you pay regardless of whether you get the work done.

We do charge a $59 dispatch fee, but if you decide to do the work with us, then the fee is waived and it is just the cost of the work. We do apologize if this was not explained to you correctly, but you were not charged the dispatch fee, it was just the cost of your work. Everything went very smoothly. Mike was on time and very professional. He all the questions I had. His pricing was very reasonable.

Mike was great. He provided me with 3 quotes based on the scope of work that I chose to have done. When he entered the home, he always put on booties. He was thorough, neat, knowledgable and efficient. I have used other electricians in the past, but from now on I'll be using Accurate! Good job!

1. The office staff answers live calls, are well informed, and answer questions and contact Mike (owner) as needed. Mike responds very shortly.
2. Mike's availability for evaluation was prompt, and his estimate was free when services would be rendered. Also offered discount for Angie's List peeps.
3. The services themselves were well explained and patiently communicated. He was well informed all aspects of the job to be done. (i.e. discontinued breaker panels, need for permits, which he handled, consolidations when possible, and relenquished any adjunct services which could be referred to a handyman)
4. He was prompt, efficient, and cleaned up ALL work areas.
5. Mike was also willing to return for any brief adjustments needed.

They proceeded to install the outlet that day. They were very polite. They explained
clearly what they would be doing. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything, perfectly.

After I decided on an option and was clear I wanted to move forward, he ran to his van to get his equipment/tools to start working.
He decided to tackle the electrical outlet first since the light hanging was fairly straightforward. After looking at the outlet, Josh discovered that the original electrician who hung the TV did a HORRIBLE job. He explained what he needed to do in order to fix (which meant some dry wall damage - he was very neat/careful with this). I said go ahead and he fixed it! Now, I am enjoying my mounted TV thanks to Josh.
He then hung the two light fixtures with ease. No troubles there. He cleaned up after himself after every work done. I would definitely keep these guys on the books in case I need more electrical work done.

This is the second time this year I have called Accurate Electical Services out to complete work in my home. Each time Mike has been the electician that has arrived. He is on time, clean, and exhibits very good custome service.
The work was completed in a short amount of time.

This may sound corny, but when I read the closing about the guys treating you like their family it actually made tears well up in my eyes (none fell!).
