When you purchase through a flooring broker you pay Wholesale verses Retail. Retail pricing for flooring is higher because the store has to pay employees and bills! When you buy through a broker, you pay closer to the actual cost of producing the "material". And because I don't have a brick and mortar store, I can pass my savings on to you!.
