PRO TINT

They had to order a switch for me, I paid $100.00 for labor (took less than 1 minute to install), tax and parts. I was to bring car back the next day to get window tinting added. I had to go back to the shop because the new switch wouldn't work (I had told the person ordering the part perviously what year my car was and what switch needed to be ordered). When I went back to ask for a refund for the switch, the manager said "what do you think I am trying to do - fraud you?" He told me to get in my car and get the $#@! out of there. I tried to calm him down and he looked at the switch and said he could fix it. After finding out he couldn't get it to work I said that the problem is that this is the wrong year switch. I told him that I told his employee what year to order but she would not order it.

Meanwhile they put in the window tinting and I asked them to apply in a certain order. They applied this they way they wanted to apply. These windows were already tinted with a light tint. I asked them no matter what to do not remove any tinting on any of the windows until you can replace it at the same time. So they removed ALL window tinting and then started to tint my windows the only one they installed was the back window tint and then they told me that I would have to return to get the rest of the windows tinted. Wasting my time and money.
