Moti performed a full electrical rewire with panel upgrade on our 1950s home (1100 sqft). He performs high-quality work at a fair price (in our case lowest bid) and is very honest. If desired, he is happy to explain any and all steps of the process which we were pleased with given we had a large job. Throughout the process, he checked-in with us regarding fixtures he removed/replaced to ensure we were on board with every change and offered suggestions along the way. Moti also patched all of his work and did an excellent job, which left minimal sanding (less than 5 min per location) and we were able to paint same day. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Moti always wore a mask when we had to share space. We are hoping to use Moti in the future for all of our electrical work!

Moti was most importantly straightforward and reasonably priced for the work we needed. He was organized and easy to communicate with. He got the work done, passed the inspection, and billed us just what he said he would. I wish every home project was this easy!

Moti did a fantastic job taking care of our electrical needs for a 2400 sq ft house originally built in 1960. He upgraded the electrical panel to 200 amp service and brought everything up to code. Additional work included rewiring and installing ceiling fans in 3 BR's, installing new LED recessed lighting (w/ dimmers) throughout the house (35 total), rewiring/replacing all electrical outlets, installing new battery back up smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and rewiring and installing new LED lighting, GFI outlets, and exhaust fans/humidity sensors in 2 baths. Communication with Moti was excellent. He arrived promptly each morning and always kept us informed of his schedule and work planned for the day. He always kept any work areas clean and picked up any unused materials at the end of the day. Moti did all the work himself and took care of everything including pulling permits and arranging inspections. He minimized any wall repair and did a great job patching when necessary. We are extremely happy with all the work performed and will definite call Moti for any of our electrical needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Called Moti for this service. He answered my initial call, quoted his hourly rate, and was available to come the next morning. He was running about 30 minutes behind and sent me a text letting me know before the appointment time. He arrived as scheduled and finished the work quickly. I had received a ridiculous quote from another electrician about 8 times more than what we were charged by Moti. Excellent service, quality work and a pleasure to work with.

The garage had lost power and the circuit box was very old. I searched Angie's List because I had received a bid from another electrical company for $8,000 to do the job which was way too high. I located Moti and he called me back immediately to look at the box and give me a bid. Moti gave me a bid of $2,345 to change the box and to bring everything up to code which was a more reasonable price. He also gave me a price span in case he found something he didn't expect. However that didn't happen. Moti was easy to contact. He always called me back or sent me a text. He also came to work when he said he would. He is very honest, his price for the work is reasonable. He pulled the permit for the box from the city and notified me of the time span and the day the city inspector would arrive. I was surprised that he could get his work inspected so quickly. He finished the job in the time period he said he would. I am very happy with his work and would gladly hire him again.

Moti was very professional and provided all the necessary details to upgrade the panel. This included who to work with from Edison and how the permit process works with the City.
All work started on the agreed upon date and was completed once the city inspector inspected the installation and signed off on the permit. Moti was very good at communicating if he was going to be late or needed to come another day to finish up work. The work sight was always left clean or in better condition than when he arrived. Overall this was a very good experience and he provided exceptional service.

Moti was a huge help when we our electrical system started acting up about 6 months after a large reno project. We started experiencing intermittent dimming and outages and asked Moti to take a look. He came ASAP and diagnosed some less than ideal work by the electrician we used during the reno and pointed out the problem. It was a small job so Moti quoted an hourly rate plus materials over the phone without needing to see it. He arrived punctually and sized up the work quickly and accurately, and he completed the job expeditiously at less cost than I anticipated. Very pleased.

Moti installed the electric service exactly as contracted for. He arrived on time and completed the job the same day. I particularly appreciated the extra effort to conceal the wiring without being told. He patched every thing up and left the house as clean as when he started.

Moti took his time going through the house with me, explaining what needed to be done. I am not an electrician and appreciated his patience explaining what needed to be done and why. He came when he said he would, the price was per item and quite clear from the outset. I had planned the work weeks ahead, and Moti appeared on the day agreed upon. He contacted me per e-mail before hand to make sure I was still expecting him. It was pleasant having him around.
