They did a great job and were very professional. I thought their prices were a little on the high side as I had received an estimate that was $3000 lower including the price of gutters. They were very good and the roof has been holding up well. I would recommend their services to others. The quality of their work is high, just be aware that they are not the least expensive roofer in the market.

We had a roof leak over the Christmas holidays that caused extensive damage to our living area. After a makeshift solution to stop the leak, I started contacting roofing companies to get bids for repairs. Yorkshire came, and the service technician got on the roof, even took pictures, and discussed the necessary repairs in detail. He also pointed out another area that was in danger of leaking if not repaired soon. I said, "well, I guess I need a new roof since it's 20 years old." He said, "oh no, you don't need a new roof. It's not in bad shape; we just need to make some repairs." Now THAT told me he was an honest repairman, and I hired him on the spot. He did the repairs the next day, and he also took photos again so I could see that the work was done with all areas cleaned up. Plus, while he was up there, he cleaned out some of the gutters where the flow of water was blocked. Overall, I would highly recommend Yorkshire Roofing.

They were very professional through out the whole process and everything was cleaned up before they left. They were the cheapest of three estimates including one outfit whose bid was about $12,000 more the Yorkshire.

The initial presentation was pleasant, with several options given. We were given the addresses of several homes as examples for us to look at. We were given fairly accurate estimates on what the repairs would cost and good warnings of where problems could arrise. The presentation did not include any "up-sells" of material not needed. The work started on time, and progressed according to scedule. John was available for any questions that we had. When we noticed some scratches on our rain-gutters at the end of the project, workers came out within 24 hours to fix the slight problem. Over-all a very good experience.

We got two roof leaks this morning. We were concerned about getting somebody out there to fix it right away because it was a Saturday and the weekend before Christmas . I called several roofing companies and kept being told that they only handled emergency leaks on houses where they had installed the roof. We just bought our house a few months ago, so we didn't know who had originally installed the roof. I finally found Yorkshire Roofing. They told me the same thing about only handling emergencies for previous customers, but when I explained our situation, they said they would see what they could do. I got a call from Dino a few minutes later and someone was at our house within an hour. They located one roof leak that was causing both leaks, repaired it and the roofer gave us his phone number so we could call him if we had any other problems. I thought the price was fair for emergency work on a weekend and really appreciated them coming out on a Saturday morning when noone else would.

The work was done in a professional manner, on time, with no extras.

Our old shake roof had begun to lose shingles and there were some signs of prior leaks. Yorkshire inspected, told us the present codes with respect to attic insulation, etc. and we chose a new roof. They were very punctual, the workmen were neat and cleaned up well. The work was done in only two days - one to remove the old roof, one to install the new roof. We were pleased with the work

They were very good. They are specialized in doing their work. They did a first class job. I went to their warehouse and they showed me all the different models of gutters that they had and I picked one out to use for my house. I couldn’t have been happier with their work. I would use their services in the future also.

The estimate was straightforward, the work was carried out on time, nearly on budget, and with professionalism. When the work began, the roofers noticed some substandard nailing in the plywood decking that had to be replaced, but this increased the cost by only 4%, well-within or planned budget for the project. The additional work did not throw the schedule off and they were done in two days and with a minimum of impact on our life at home, aside from the expected noise. I would recommend Yorkshire Roofing.

The work was done on time, professionally and in conformance with the original work order and the explanation of how things would be done that was given to us beforehand.. Workers were efficient and courteous and minimized debris. They protected our rain gutters which had been replaced only a year before. The city inspector commented that the work done was excellent.

After I agreed to the contract, I learned that they had put up one of the highest bids. I learned that they had added on things to the contract that wasn't initially included. They said that there would be a little more cost that we can't predict, but that it would be around 250 dollars. The cost of the permit was around 250, but that was it. Everything else was more expensive. They charged me for haul away of the old shingles and additional trash.

Excellent. Was mid-range bidder. Work done very fast, clean up very good. Subsequent service/repair very good. Best roofing company I have seen, compared to many used by neighbors. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, mid-priced. Because they are so large they have their own materials wholesale division, so I did not have to worry about a Mechanics Lean being placed on my home. I would, and have, highly recommend this roofing company.

Yorkshire removed the old roof, in order to install the new one. In this process, there was damage done to the stucco on the side of the house, which was never repaired. The finished job is poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend calling this company.

Installation took almost a week. The steel tile roof was installed over the existing shake roof. Incorrect end tiles were ordered, so they had to be reordered. They were installing the wrong end pieces and I had to show them the paperwork for the job to convince them to stop working and get the correct tile pieces. Extra insulation and a white finish were added to the flat portion of the roof per my request. They took care of getting the necessary permit and inspections. I should have gotten more than one estimate because the cost was so high. But I wanted the Gerard roof and I think they are the only company in the area with that product and its transferable lifetime warranty.

THEY CAME ON TIME AND THEY WORKED QUICKLY. THERE WAS NOT A LOT OF DEBRIS LEFT. THEY REALLY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE JOB IS JUST OUTSTANDING AND WE REALLY NOTICED A DIFFERENCE THIS SUMMER WITH OUR COOLING BILLS AND THE OVERALL COMFORT OF OUR HOME.

They were very responsive, professional, & trustworthy. They gave us a good price. This was a new roof put on a new addition. They did an excellent job. I will recommend them. They didn't leave any mess.

YORKSHIRE ROOFING CALLED US RIGHT BACK WHEN WE CALLED THEM. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO GIVE A QUOTE. THE ROOF WAS THEN STARTED WITH IN A WEEKS TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME EVERYDAY THEY WERE TO BE THERE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEIR WORK EVERY DAY. THE ROOF LOOKS WONDERFUL.
