BAY AREA JUMP

They were supposed to arrive at 10AM, and I was going to do the setup - tablecloths, balloons etc. We also needed the tables for this on-site cooking crew. When they didn't show up, I called their office. The guy on the phone was rude. He said he had tried to call the driver, but that the driver wasn't picking up, so what was he to do? He also said I and quot;should be patientand quot;. He said admonishingly that the driver was and quot;busyand quot;, that he had and quot;a lot of deliveriesand quot; - so all I could do was to be patient! I was really p***** off at that point, because my party was turning out to be a disaster, and this guy on the phone has the audacity to tell me to be patient?!
The delivery guys showed up at 11:30, half an hour after my guests had already arrived. (The delivery guy was nice enough and said it wasn't his fault, because the folks at the main office just tell them to go deliver the stuff and there's no way he could get to all the jobs in time.) My guests were good sports and helped me setup the tables and chairs... we put the tablecloths on, set out the balloons... But it was totally not the experience we wanted for the baby-shower. Then a woman from the office calls and tells me that they decided to give me a $19 discount because the delivery guys were late. I said and quot;whateverand quot; and hung up.
There was never any apology from the company. And on top of all that, the guy on the phone was downright rude. Do you not get it - YOU are responsible for delivering things on time. You can't ask your clients to and quot;be patient!and quot; YOU need to manage your orders and delivery team - the fact that they have a lot of deliveries to do, is YOUR problem, not mine.
Never calling these guys again.

It was a good experience. They brought everything on time and set it up. They were pretty easy to work with actually because I had to reschedule it last minute and they didn't have a problem with it and didn't charge me anything extra. They were super professional and I even called them back and added more stuff that I realized I needed and that was also no problem and didn't mess it up.

They tried to deliver the jump house in the early AM because it was more convenient for them and they didn't think they could get it to the house by 2:30. However, no one conveyed this to me until 12:30 pm. I was not at home to accept the delivery that wasn't supposed to arrive until 2:30. When I called the main office, there was no management on duty that day. The young gentleman who answered the phone was blatantly rude and began to yell and argue with me. I prompted several times for him to simply confirm that the jump house would be delivered, but he was bent out of shape that he had to deal with this problem. He threatened that even though my credit card had be ran, I would not receive any jump house that day. He also used vulgar language on the phone with me. I finally did get the jump house, however it was in very poor condition with patches that were coming off, very dirty and it was not set up safely. All in all, not a good experience. Go elsewhere!
