Stacey can out same day and fixed my AC. Very nice guy, very knowledgeable, very reasonable prices and went above and beyond. Recommend, will be calling him again if I need AC work.

It was freezing the first week of January 2009. When Stacy Miller, of Miller Heat & Air called to reschedule I was clear I had no heat at all. Stacy Miller continued to reschedule eventually leaving me wait for 8 hours, no show no call. A different CH&A company came out and replaced a burned up transformer. This company told me the unit was over 25 years old and had a host of problems starting with the thermostat, he also said there is a short in the wires that caused the transformer to burn up & it would burn again if not fixed. Recomended replacing to unit. After about a month Stacy Miller actually showed up. He claimed nothing was wrong with the unit. I asked that he replace the 25 year old thermostat. He said nothing was wrong with it. I ask that he give me the findings of his service call in writing. He refused. If any contractor gives an honest assesment I can't imagine why they wouldn't put it in writing. The thermostat didn't work at all when he left. A third CH&A company came out and said there was a freeon leak and the themostat was bad. This company also said the unit had multiple problems and needed to be replaced. This contractor had no problem putting his findings of the service call in writing. I could never recomend Miller Heat & Air.
