He showed up on the date and time promised. He asked varied questions to determine what the problem might be. Although it turned out to be a problem with a heating element he still went above and beyond to get behind my dryer and check the vent hose and the vent. He patiently answered my question and never once acted like I was in his way. When he had fixed my dryer and was leaving I mentioned something about my ice maker.  He went to take a look, made a small tweak to the ice maker.  When I asked him how much more for the ice maker, he wouldn't charge me.  I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER APPLICANCE SERVICE OTHER THAN THIS ONE.

We called B & D Appliance because the refrigerator side of the two door at our rental house was not cooling but the freezer was freezing. Upon arrival the tech found the fan motor frozen over. He spoke to our tenant and asked if the door had been left open. It had. Instead of charging us who knows how much to start pulling things apart, he investigated found the cause, had them turn it off for a day and it's working perfectly. Honesty!!! Excellent to find a trustworthy applicance repair company!!
