Description of Work: WASHER WAS LEAKING. HE FOUND IT RUSTED OUT UNDERNEATH. NO CHARGE FOR HOUSE CALL. WAS POLITE. SAID WE WOULD NEED A NEW WASHER. GAVE US A FEW SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHERE TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE. SAID IT WOULD TAKE ONLY A FEW MIN. TO HOOK UP AND TO CALL HIM. WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND WE DID APPRECIATE HIS KINDNESS. WILL DEFINITELY CALL WESTERN AGAIN.

Description of Work: I think his name was rick, anyway he was very responsive to my needs and he knew what he was talking about. he gave me options as to the repairs which other plumbers did not. the repairs were done exactly as he said and for the price he quoted me. he even cleaned up after he was done, that's a first!!! I even added his number to my cell phone and I will use him again if ever needed. I highly recommend western plumbing
