Regina and her crew have cleaned our house for several months now. It is always so nice to come home to a sparkling, clean smelling home after work! She communicates with me the night before via text to confirm which I appreciate. We have been flexible with each other regarding changes of dates/times which is also helpful. They even work around our dogs who are very interested in new "friends" and I have no worries about them being in my home when we are not there.
I would highly recommend this service.

We've had Regina and her team clean our home many times and she never ceases to amaze us with her professionalism and enthusiasm. She makes our home sparkle and gives us lots of tips on housekeeping methods and products. We highly recommend Regina and her team. The little "extras" she provides are worth their weight in gold.

This service went extremely well. There were 2 cleaners, including the owner, they went through everything in the bathrooms and kitchen. I was given the opportunity to decide what I wanted to keep, what needed to be thrown away and what could be donated. They were very patient with me and I did not feel pressured in any way. Once the decisions were made they then did an incredible job of scrubbing everything down. The Kitchen and both bathrooms look as good as new. After they were finished, they took some extra time and organized the living room to make things go quicker when they come back to finish the house. They then made my bed up in fresh linens before they left. I definitely look forward to working with them again.

They are very good because the lady that runs it calls me up and then sends someone to clean the house. She came then I have to change my schedule so she actually made it Saturday for me. That was good but there are couple of things she doesn't do. They came with three people and they were in and out within two hours which is good but one day they came with two people and they didn't get out in time and I have to be at work. So then the next time they came they were late which is not bad because they told me but there were only two people so the problem with that if you have two people late then I will be late to go to work. They were telling their boss that I've disrespected them so I told them that "If I won't have respect for you then you don't need to work for me. The problem was they did a better job; they were amazing but then they stop coming around October or November. They are good with what they do but it's like they are intimidating. The ladies are tough, they are all tattooed and pierced.

"My name is Regina Hello. [member name removed] knows me very well. We worked for [member name removed] for a few months on an every two week basis. He continually got more short and disrespectful to me and my crew. Although we allowed it several times I just could not stand for it anymore. He established day one the we would need to be done by 1030 so he could get to his job. And I quote [member name removed] saying exactly .." Because I get paid way more than you guys and my job is very important!" I established day one we would be there 7/30 so we could have PLENTY of time to be done before 1030. Yet if we were any minute passed 730 he would meet us in driveway and LITERALLY scream and stomp his foot. We got accustomed to his tantrums because YES WE ARE tough. he would apologize shortly after his tantrum ea time. And we never not once, no matter if two three or four people ever were not finished by his 1030 deadline. One day I was not with the crew and they were a few minutes late and Les went completely bonkers calling the girls "stupid idiots". Samantha called me almost in tears. i immediately called [member name removed], who had a cool calm demeanor with me. Asked him what the problem is. He explained they were late. I mentioned the we fight gridlocked traffic to get there and a few min late is no excuse to disrespect anyone. He denied the disrespect, yet when I said "ok so u talked the the girls same tone your talking now!? And didn't call them names? And what about all the other times I witnessed and dealt with your disrespect? Gonna deny that too?" He went off on me. I couldn't get a word in after that and just hung up. [member name removed] was always happy with our cleaning. He nvr complained not once. And aside from his outbursts I liked him. Everyone has stress so we get it. But sometimes you have to stick up for yourself. I wish I could attach a photo of my crew and i. We are all very fit, healthy, young women who are responsible and trustworthy. A few of us do have a tattoo, butterflies and a fairy. Very hardcore dnt u think?? all of us wear earrings but no crazy piercings. We are very aware tht our appearance says ALOT to people, especially when we are cleaning your home! Thank you [member name removed] for the time you gave us. Sorry it did not work out. My call was answered within a day and the work scheduled at my convenience. Regina and her girls arrived promptly and did a thorough job of cleaning. This is the second time I've used them and they are excellent at what they do.

Saw ad on Angie's list and hired Regina Hello to clean an empty two bedroom apartment. She arrived immediately after calling to meet me and arrange a cleaning date.
I work during days and was not able to be present when she supposedly cleaned apartment, which was left relatively clean by last tenant.
When I got home at night checked apartment briefly. Noticed rug was vacuumed. Kitchen counters felt gritty. She charged extra to clean outside of windows of which was not visible at night.
I liked her when I hired her so I assumed she did everything she told me she did. Like I said apartment was left pretty clean after last tenants.
She did not leave me invoice like she said she would. I called her and she said she would mail it to me. I waited for weeks and called her back. She said she mailed it but I never received it. Finally, I told her I would leave the check under my doormat and to please leave invoice when she picked up check. After over a month I retrieved check and called her again. She made excuse upon excuse why she couldn't pick up check. I thought that was strange!
It wasn't until I was showing apartment to potential tenants that I noticed outside windows were never cleaned. There was some old stuff stuck onto window that would have come off if it was cleaned. I called and asked her to come over to check the windows and pick up her check. She said she was too busy and could not come look at the windows.
I never heard from her until January 2015 whereby she finally sent me an invoice. I was so fed up with dealing with her that I sent the check even though I don't think she earned it.
If you hire her make sure you're present to validate that she does what she says she would!

Regina and her crew were phenomenal when they tackled my uncle's house. At 94 years old my uncle has always done his own cleaning and maintenance and his idea of clean and organized was very different than mine. While he was in the hospital recently, I decided now was the time for a proper "tidy up".
Regina and her crew tackled massive and numerous black cobwebs in every room; washed down walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows; laundered curtains and rehung them; vacuumed furniture and carpets; purged his pantry of expired foods and his laundry room of old cleaning supplies; washed in- and outside of glass doors on cabinets; bagged items for trash, bagged old clothes for donation, mopped all bare floors, dusted and cleaned all wood furniture. Really, the before and after state of the house was amazing.
They gathered and put aside loose papers and I took them outside to a table and sorted through to be sure that anything of importance was saved and filed away. Some of the odd-ball items, which didn't seem to have a proper place were taken to the garage for storage.
I recommend Regina and her crew wholeheartedly for any big de-cluttering or purging project. They are incredibly fast and efficient and super nice to work with. They just walked in and immediately went to work. If you have an overwhelming mess to deal with, this is the team for you.
