"When you have piles everywhere and you want organizing the first thing you have to do is purge. If you do not purge enough to create open space for the things that are going to be kept, it kind of defeats the purpose of organizing. I love organizing and cleaning, but I know better than to take someone's money when I know I cannot do a proper job for them. Edima, you just do not have enough space for the piles of things that were left in the photos for organizing. Unless you wanted me to make organized piles around your room… Which is not what I do. I hope you find someone that can help you, perhaps your sister. "My name is Regina Hello. [member name removed] knows me very well. We worked for [member name removed] for a few months on an every two week basis. He continually got more short and disrespectful to me and my crew. Although we allowed it several times I just could not stand for it anymore. He established day one the we would need to be done by 1030 so he could get to his job. And I quote [member name removed] saying exactly .." Because I get paid way more than you guys and my job is very important!" I established day one we would be there 7/30 so we could have PLENTY of time to be done before 1030. Yet if we were any minute passed 730 he would meet us in driveway and LITERALLY scream and stomp his foot. We got accustomed to his tantrums because YES WE ARE tough. he would apologize shortly after his tantrum ea time. And we never not once, no matter if two three or four people ever were not finished by his 1030 deadline. One day I was not with the crew and they were a few minutes late and Les went completely bonkers calling the girls "stupid idiots". Samantha called me almost in tears. i immediately called [member name removed], who had a cool calm demeanor with me. Asked him what the problem is. He explained they were late. I mentioned the we fight gridlocked traffic to get there and a few min late is no excuse to disrespect anyone. He denied the disrespect, yet when I said "ok so u talked the the girls same tone your talking now!? And didn't call them names? And what about all the other times I witnessed and dealt with your disrespect? Gonna deny that too?" He went off on me. I couldn't get a word in after that and just hung up. [member name removed] was always happy with our cleaning. He nvr complained not once. And aside from his outbursts I liked him. Everyone has stress so we get it. But sometimes you have to stick up for yourself. I wish I could attach a photo of my crew and i. We are all very fit, healthy, young women who are responsible and trustworthy. A few of us do have a tattoo, butterflies and a fairy. Very hardcore dnt u think?? all of us wear earrings but no crazy piercings. We are very aware tht our appearance says ALOT to people, especially when we are cleaning your home! Thank you [member name removed] for the time you gave us. Sorry it did not work out. Regina and her crew were phenomenal when they tackled my uncle's house. At 94 years old my uncle has always done his own cleaning and maintenance and his idea of clean and organized was very different than mine. While he was in the hospital recently, I decided now was the time for a proper "tidy up".
Regina and her crew tackled massive and numerous black cobwebs in every room; washed down walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows; laundered curtains and rehung them; vacuumed furniture and carpets; purged his pantry of expired foods and his laundry room of old cleaning supplies; washed in- and outside of glass doors on cabinets; bagged items for trash, bagged old clothes for donation, mopped all bare floors, dusted and cleaned all wood furniture. Really, the before and after state of the house was amazing.
They gathered and put aside loose papers and I took them outside to a table and sorted through to be sure that anything of importance was saved and filed away. Some of the odd-ball items, which didn't seem to have a proper place were taken to the garage for storage.
I recommend Regina and her crew wholeheartedly for any big de-cluttering or purging project. They are incredibly fast and efficient and super nice to work with. They just walked in and immediately went to work. If you have an overwhelming mess to deal with, this is the team for you.
