Good.

They arrived on time. Finished and cleaned up in a timely manner. A few weeks later we noticed a small area on the trim that had come lose. We made a phone call to them and they sent someone out the next day to take care of it. I would definitely use this company again as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a new garage door.

After researching companies on Angie's List, I called Easy Open Door. The set-up phone call was very easy, polite, and thorough. When I explained a possible conflict with the later part of the time range I was given, she made sure to note that and assured me that the technician would be there with plenty of time to spare. She was right; the technician came at 1:00 (with the range being 1-3 pm). He was prompt, professional, and thorough. I would definitely hire this company again.

I liked them a lot and they they were great and they fixed everything and they saw that it had to be a special ordered door and they could have swept better but other then that it was not bad and all in all they were good.

Randy visited to give us the estimate for the job and was very informative. As our garage was filled to the hilt with everything but cars, we appreciated his telling us how much space would need to be cleared for the door assembly and installation. The woman in the office (sorry, we did not get her name) was very nice to deal with for scheduling the job, and allowed us ample time to get the garage cleared before the installation. Pete and Tom did the actual installation and had the job done very quickly! This also included building up of the door frame (furring) to ensure good fit. Pete was very thorough in explaining operation of the wall unit and the remote control, as well as answering our questions about any maintenance for us to keep up with. They left the area spotless and we couldn't be happier with the job done, the company and the employees we dealt with. We would definitely recommend this company.

The guy who came out was on time and very polite. In ten minutes, he fixed a sticking garage door that two other companies had not been able to fix.

They came when scheduled. Devin, the service person, said our old opener could be fixed (the chain had come off), but that he didn't have the needed parts on his truck. Figuring the cost of the repair, plus the wait to get parts and come back, it seemed simpler and nearly as cost effective to have the opener replaced. He replaced it with a newer, more powerful model, and it worked great, except for the fact that his company had installed our next door neighbors opener not long before, and it turned out that THEIR remote triggered OUR new opener, so we'd come home to find our garage door wide open. When we finally realized WE hadn't accidentally left the door open, we called EZ Open to come back, which they did (though they couldn't make it for a few days, which was a hassle). They reprogrammed our opener and it's working great now.

They have an excellent service and the company is just remarkable. They are completely professional and they guarantee all their products and services. If you are interested in anything they have to offer, they have a great and very informative website.

I checked out 3 vendors listed on Angie's list and was ever-so-glad I chose Easy Open Door Company to do the project!! Randy came out to give us a quote and I was very impressed with the care he took in examining the project and detailing all that would be necessary in order to do the job. He explained everything to me in detail so I felt confident that there would be no last-minute surprises. Elise and Michelle, who work in the office, were very cordial, efficient and competent in clarifying the scope of the project, ordering the garage door and scheduling the installation. On installation day, Randy and Devin did a fabulous job! I simply could not be happier!! I'd definitely recommend this company to others, no question about it.

Easy Open Door company was called to adjust springs and adjust open and closed balance. Talked to Randy on the phone, describe the problem. Randy quoted $89.00 which was their minimum service call. He said that usually springs can be adjusted but sometimes springs cannot be adjusted enough and need to be replaced. He said if he determined the springs needed to be replaced and we did not want him to replace the springs that there would not be a service call charge. Randy was called in the morning and said he had another call in the area that afternoon and could come over then. As requested, he called after his other job was finished to say he was on the way. Randy adjusted/balanced the door springs and lubed and adjusted opener opening/closing door pressures. Existing springs were fine and no parts were needed. Definitely would call again and recommend Easy Open. Prompt service, good pricing, great service tech Randy.

I called to request a service call. Was given a 2-hour time frame for the following day. Service person never showed up & never called. I called the company later that day, and the person answering the phone (apparently a teenage girl) was completely indifferent to the fact that service person was a no-show. She offered no explanation or apology, just asked if I wanted to reschedule for the following week. Naturally, I declined.

No problems whatsoever.

Randy arrived within the time frame given for the appointment. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had decided that the the springs on the garage door (11 years old) would have to be replaced. Some of our neighbors had to replace the springs on their doors which were also 11 years old. After speaking with Randy and weighing the options, I decided to not replace the springs. Randy answered my questions and gave me enough knowledge to make an informed decision. I also wanted to have the door inspected and it was squeaking. The door is now balanced and runs quieter and smoother than before. Should there be any future repairs or replacements to be made, I will certainly contact Easy Door.

We got an estimate over the phone. Set up an appointment with a 2 hour window. The representatives were here on time. Did the work quickly and charged exactly what the estimate had been.

They scheduled the appointment at a time that worked for me, giving a two-hour window. The guys showed up, evaluated what needed to be done and completed the work quickly with no mess or fuss at all. They were very polite and efficient. I would use them again in the future.

Phone person was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She quoted me a price, took my order and called back right away after contacting the manufacturer to give me a delivery time. Panels were on time, installers showed up when they said they would and were efficient and neat.

Devin was the tech who came. He was very professional. He brought his tools in, he was quick, and he cleaned up afterwards.

EASY OPEN FOLKS WERE POLITE, ON-TIME AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. HAD ONE ISSUE WITH THE DOOR (NEEDED LUBRICATION), SOMEONE CAME OUT PROMPTLY TO FIX IT.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE ON TIME TO THE HOUSE. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK AND INFORMED US OF ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH OUR GARAGE DOOR. THE DOOR WORKS VERY GOOD.

VERY PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL ESTIMATOR. DOOR ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE. INSTALLER WAS VERY COMPETENT AT FITTING DOOR TO NON-STANDARD OPENING AND IN EXPLAINING OPERATION. WE ACCIDENTALLY OVERPAID (DIDN'T DEDUCT DEPOSIT) AND OFFICE RETURNED OVERPAYMENT W/IN 2-DAYS.

DID AN AWESOME JOB, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. DISPOSED OF OLD DOOR FOR US IN THE PROCESS. FLAWLESS INSTALLATION!

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY WERE CLEAN AND NEAT. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY.
