They came out to search for a leak, water usage had gone from few hundred gallons a month to 10,000 plus. Their Master Plumber that came out said it was the flapper in the toilet ... Come'ON Man Next plumbing company found a cracked pipe in the slab ... nuff said

After being without AC for 1 week due to an irreputable contractor, I was referred to Will's AllPro. I called and explained my situation and, provided them with all my previous warranty documents. A technician was dispatched, ( I received a text with his name and photo) he determined my problem and that the parts needed were no longer supported by the mfg. We had purchased a 10yr warranty but, the cost to repair was not covered as the parts were not supported anymore. Henry, David and his team got going and shortly were able to work out with the mf. (Ruud) that got my condensing unit replaced entirely. After one week of frustration, 2 phone calls restored AC to our home. All of the techs, Johnathan, JC, and Fabian were nothing but professional, courteous and concerned to alleviate my situation. Their customer service rep called me at 8pm Friday night to keep me informed on the install timetable. The communication was so welcome and made for a great experience.
