Nature Soft Water Systems

After purchasing our house we hired Mr. Robert Smith (DBA Nature Soft Water Systems and RBS Plumbing), a sole proprietor and licensed plumber, to install a water softening system and under sink reverse osmosis water filter system for the house. Shortly after he completed the annual service on the reverse osmosis system, it exploded and flooded our kitchen. By being home at the time of the incident, we avoided a disaster. He came over to the house the same day and removed our system and promised to pay us back. He left behind a mess and reconnected our water pipes with a hole in it. He said he would fix it. To avoid payment and living up to his promises, he started to blame us for the malfunctions of the system. We had to hire another plumbing company to fix his mistakes and take him to court. After openly admitting in court that he had not installed an emergency shut off value for the system, we got a judgment against him. On his way out of court, he looked at us smiling and said I'm not giving you a f***ing penny. We made a mistake trusting him. We paid him cash for the systems and services. Now we are dealing with the run around of trying to collect. He does not keep his word and ignores the court's judgment. Be aware of this person before deciding to trust him with your money and property!
