Alex arrived promptly, immediately identified the problem. After he left, it was like he was never here! Great service.

Never waste time using this company. Arrived and refuse to do the project and blamed customer. Revealed to me that his last customer was very unhappy with his work.

Alex was knowledgeable and very honest. He charged 65.00 for the service call & solved the problem without any other charges. Unlike the previous tech, Victor, from Ace Air Appliances who quoted $510.00 for labor and parts that were not needed. Sometimes, worthwhile getting a second estimate!

This was the worst experience I have had with a contractor coming to my home in over 30 years of having my home. I called them out to repair my washing machine and gave them all the information as far as brand and model along with what the problem was. They arrived an hour after the arranged time and did not have the switch so the technician Gerry-rigged the switch to sort of work telling my husband it might not work and charged him $195 for labor when I was quoted $65. The next day, I called because in fact it did not work. This time I waited the 3 hours (although told it would be 2) and when he arrived he opened the lid and started the machine which stopped 8 times during the wash cycle and I was able to jimmy the switch to get it to start so it took almost 24 hours to wash the one load of clothes. He said it is working so what is your problem? I told him what had happened and he said ok I will have to order the switch! WHAT? You knew it needed one so why did not you already have it? Then I called the owner, Alex who after much rudeness finally agreed that he would call me before noon the next day to let me know when the repairman would be back with the part as I had already cancelled appointments for the second trip and the part would be included in the price I already paid. Of course, I called at 12:38 and was told he would not be in but the rude &Bruce lectured me on please and thank you. Eventually, rude Bruce called back saying the repairman would be coming in an hour or two. I have my doubts but cancelled my appointments for today again with crossed fingers . I wish I had waited for the appointment with Sears because it would have been done-cheaper and without the frustration- and most importantly IT WOULD BE DONE!!!! The Worst Service Ever --there is nothing professional about their service--I wanted to give zero stars but the system would not allow--not only will I not recommend them, I will go out of my way to let everyone know how bad they were!

I do not have a choice but give him half a star so I can do this review....THEY DO NOT GET A STAR AT ALL!! Technician came by, barely speaking or reading English. He gave me the impression that he did not know what he was doing and half the time he was on the phone while the machine was running, collecting information. He then proceeded to list an estimate of almost $800 dollars to fix the washing machine! I felt this price is ridiculous. (You can get a new machine with this kind of money!) I am out $65 for a technician who barely knows English and looked unknowledgeable! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!! Stick with reputable experts....
