I'm happy I was able to work from home the day I arranged service because at 7:30 pm the night before they changed the window of time for the apointment on me. Unfortunately I had scheduled a confrence call around this appointment (which I had made 4 days prior) and this sudden time change put it right in the middle of my meeting. Thankfully my roommate had the day off and was able to sort things out. However,I'm still not happy about the time change, or that it occured after business hours.

Found the problem with our freezer immediately. Very Professional!

Our tech was pleasant and thorough.

Came promptly checked out my dishwasher which is old & gave me cost of parts, etc. Decided to go with new one. They even did a side install of a cooktop that I needed. Will call ALL AREAS NORTH for any future appliance repair issues.

VERY GOOD WORK and EXELLENT SERVICE.

They were 30 min. late with a 3 hour window. Then called 5 min. after appointment time to say he would be another half hour. He gets here and informs me he has had surgery and cannot move washer out to look at. I move it, he looks at it for about 15 min., tells me American technology is overrated. Leaves washer in middle of floor half full of water saying too heavy to move, unrepaired, saying will call next day to tell me how much to repair. He did at a cost of 350.00 plus dollars when part come in. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL

Igor is a super nice guy. He was here within 90 minutes of my initial call. It was done quickly and professionally. Customer service was "TOPNOTCH".

The repair person diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a fair quote and repaired the problem very quickly. Showed me what was wrong, asked a few questions and gave me two options for repair without pressuring me to go one way or the other. Very impressed.

The service tech from Star Services was on time, courteous and professional. He found the problem with my dryer without any upsells or drama and fixed it. I’m very happy with the service from this company.

The service man who came to our house was courteous and got to the problem quickly. He had to order parts and that took a week.He came the following week and finished the job.

It's kind of hard to rate the quality of work because he was not able to fix our refridgerator because the compressor/motor went out. He did try by putting a part in that will sometimes fix it, which he did but he it ended up not working so he came back the next day and removed the part he had put in and refunded what he charged us and we just paid the $65 service fee.

Had a very old washer leaking the same day I called a technician came out to inspect the problem the ordered a part and the next day came to repair it very professional and gave notice before coming out

The serviceman was very cordial and completed the service in a timely manner.
