I was their first morning customer. In and out in about an hour. LG washing machine repaired and working! Courteous informed technician. I will use them again.

Honest and knowledgeable. Did not try to charge for a repair that was simply not worth the money and suggested a new appliance would cost a comparable amount. Would call him again.

He is Russian with a thick accent and difficult to understand at times. I wanted an estimate before he did the work, but he started working on it before he could give me an estimate, so I wasnâ t real clear that he knew what was wrong with it before the repair commenced. He did good work and charged me $200 for the repair and parts which I thought was fair. I would recommend him and use him again but I learned that clear communication is best before any work is done.

I received a call to let me know that the repairmen would be slightly later than expected. The service was prompt and the techs very polite and knowledgeable.

The Tech(Alex) quickly diagnosed what the problem was and explained it clearly. He explained what he would do to fix it and the cost and approximately how long it would take (2 hours). the cost was high but he said I could do the work myself but it would take 36 to 48 hours. I'm retired, I have the time so I chose to do it myself.
