DO NOT CALL! Terrible service, this guy cannot be trusted. Do NOT use his service. A year ago I called this guy for a free estimate on my LG 52 LCD TV. The picture was green. Sounded ok over the phone. Was I ever wrong about this decision. He shows up and starts to troubleshoot the issue. States the main circuit board is defective and wants to take it to his small, dirty, messed up shop. I give a check for $140. He shows up with a helper and carry the tv to van. Uses a pillow and wedges it in back. A week later he states the tv is ready. Brings it over and it does not work. Takes it back to the shop. A week later he calls and admits he damaged the LCD display panel. He wants to put in an after market panel. We don't want after market and we want an LG panel. He refuses. He offers us three choices: 1. Replace our tv that we paid $2200 at pacific sales with a tv similar in model and yrs. he would pick tv. 2. Give us check to buy a new tv. $500. 3. Fix circuit board and panel. Email You stated in the previous email to me, "You have a misunderstanding on the LCD panel part. There is no substandard non-LG LCD panel in existence. There is only one LCD panel which works for your TV model, and that is made by LG." However, I don't believe I have misunderstood you. When my wife and I were in your shop to discuss this issue, my wife clearly asked you to put in an LG LCD display panel, ordered from LG since you broke this part at your shop. You clearly stated to my wife that you would NOT pay the price of a LG LCD panel from LG because the cost was too expensive for you to pay this price. You told my wife that you gave us 3 choices of what you were willing to do to help since you broke our LG LCD panel.. My wife again stated to you that she wanted this original LG part put in our tv since this LCD panel part was NOT broken when I gave you my tv. Since you broke this LG LCD panel at your shop, my wife's position was you needed put in this same LG LCD panel part because this would be the only way it would be restored to the way it was before you broke it. Again, you stated to my wife that you would NOT pay for this part from LG because it was too expensive. So, my wife told you we would investigate the price of this LG LCD panel by calling LG and we would get back to you. When I called LG, I was quoted a price of $3,000 for this LG LCD panel. So, I understood your position that buying a new tv (our same model and make) would be more cost effective for you. Now, you have changed your position to us stating that there is "There is no substandard non-LG LCD panel in existence. There is only one LCD panel which works for your TV model, and that is made by LG." Therefore, I would like to know the price quote you were given for this part from LG. So, please provide me with this information. I do NOT want you to order any LCD panel for our TV. We are NOT in agreement with the part that you want to put into our TV. We asked you for a replacement tv as you had suggested to us an option to resolve this issue when you broke our LCD panel at your shop. So, we found replacement options of our exact tv online for you to order for us. You gave us the option of you buying us a replacement tv of our same make and model. We found this online in the websites we gave you. Now, today, you tell my wife over the phone and that you are NOT going to pay for a replacement tv that is our exact same make and model. This is the option that we chose from the options you gave us. Therefore, do NOT replace the LCD panel as that is NOT the option we are choosing. After a long battle of emails and phone calls, We end up in court. Cost us $225 to use small claims and my wife's time off from work. I was unemployed. The court rules a very favorable settlement and monthly installments of $56.25 for one yr. He only mailed the august payment and now he is behind. I call him today and he hangs up on me, DO NOT USE

They are located just a couple of miles from me. I called to see how much for them to come to my house to look at my t.v. Was quoted $49, which was comparable to some others. Not great, but not bad.The gentleman I spoke with on the phone had a heavy accent. When I asked him if he could give me an educated guess at what the repair problem/cost might be (based on what I told him on the phone), he said two words that I could not understand. I asked him over & over again, and if he could spell it so that I might understand the words he was saying. He would not spell the words for me (perhaps he could not), and he hung up on me! Very frustrating for both of us I am sure. But I was not rude to him.

I was promised the repair in 5 days. Repeated assurances by phone that the work would be done were broken. I told them I would come at 4 PM to pick up my equipment and take it home if they could not perform. When I arrived it was spread over the work bench. I waited over an hour while they put it back together. I took it home and paid them nothing.
