The one glitch with our new flooring was that the new marble was installed on a day when it was pouring rain and the installer had setup his saw outside our patio where the marble was stacked. The rain soaking the tiles in addition to the thinset adhesive caused the tiles to darker considerably, making it difficult to arrange the lighter and darker tiles agreeably. Mostly, it was well done, but in a few places darker tiles had been set side by side whereas the floor mostly had a much lighter tone. We allowed the floor to thoroughly dry out for a few weeks and then ETM came back in and replaced about 10 darker tiles from the lighter leftovers we had on hand. They didn't even charge us for this - they just wanted us to be happy with the job. All in all, very professionally done. Many thanks to the owners, Emilia & Vic, and to their crew, Manny & Mars!
Description of Work: Sold, installed & sealed around 200 square feet of Carrara marble floor tile. ETM also sealed our Carrara marble backsplash at no charge and left the leftover Bulletproof Dupont sealer.
