Tom and his assistant where very friendly . They got right to work . Mornings are busy for me so I felt comfortable leaving Them to work while I did my things. They finished quickly and did a wonderful job ! I have a sick dog that has a lot of accidents So I know that I well be calling them regularly . Also planning to send them to my in-laws house.

I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. I NEEDED MY CARPETS CLEANED, SO I LET THEM HAVE THE JOB. THEY CLEANED 4 ROOMS. HE SAID THERE WERE PET ODORS, BUT MY DOGS ARE OUTSIDE DOGS. HE CHARGED ME FOR MATERIALS TO BREAK DOWN THE PET ODORS, WHICH AMOUNTED TO $60 EXTRA.
