Green Frog House Cleaning

Great! Monique is the first cleaner they ever sent, and I've stuck with her because she is great, They have great customer service-- you can pretty much call anytime and get a real person on the first couple rings. Monique is a courteous cleaner and does a fantastic and thorough job. It's always a pleasure walking in the front do after know Monique has been here. Everything is clean and in order She even takes time to go the extra mile, cleaning the shelves of the refrigerator, and just making the place altogether a nicer environment to come back to I would strongly recommend Green Frog cleaning. Great service, great price. Can't be beat!!!

Meghan & Mona were absolutely the best cleaners I've ever had! They were friendly, hard working, efficient and I was thrilled to have found them! Their was no problem with language which I've had in the past. I limited them to the above rooms as they needed a VERY THOROUGH cleaning. I was very hesitant to depend on the A rating as I've used 2 such companies and would have given these others a much lower rating. Unfortunately I didn't review either company since I had nothing good to say. I now know this was a mistake. It's hard to be negative after reading all the "A" reviews. This is a family run business and the owner Mary was very understanding when I needed to reschedule twice due to illness. I'll NEVER use another company! They may be higher priced but they did a 3 times better job than the other 2 companies combined! Thank you Meghan & Mona!

Awesome! The house looks great! They did an excellent job and were very detailed. I have hired them on a recurring basis now. Best points: 1. Very detailed cleaning. Listened to our requests. 2. Prompt, arrived in the scheduled time window 3. Very responsive. I forgot how to pay for services and received a very prompt response to my email inquiry

I have been with Green Frog Housecleaning over a year now, Megan comes in every other week, always on time, responsive to my particular needs, and great with my pets. Very pleased and would highly recommend them.

The personalities of everyone involved are exquisite. The professionalism of Mary who runs the office is remarkable. Jaemi and Monica (my technicians) are very sweet and personable. I like them as people. 
They provide an adequate clean, we are still working out small things that are hot items for me. I am optimistic that they will be able to satisfy my high expectations. The service factor alone is worth it. The cost is reasonable compared to other companies. And the customer service portion is unparalleled. Looking forward to working with them on some small technical improvements which is the easiest part! 
There have been some issues outside of their control that have caused them to be late each time however that is also something that can be improved. They communicated with me that they would be late so that's good!

The parts they cleaned were great, but they didnt clean all of the parts that they promised. They didn't clean the rooms, and they forgot to clean a bathroom. I also heard them complaining a lot.

Lyanne did a thorough job cleaning the house. It was easy for us to work while she was cleaning which I appreciated. She is relaxed and easy to talk to. I was happy that she knew how to clean a house and had her own supplies. I did not have to do anything but let her in the door. She used products that did not smell which was so nice as I get headaches when I smell bleach or other harsh products.

Monique arrived on time and took care of everything I ask her to do. Excellent work great attitude works well with my pets. My one year old kitten follows her around very nosey putting a pot on her shoulder whenever the opportunity arises. Monique let me know that it kept her smiling all day. Very happy with the service going to have them come once a week. I'm hoping to keep Monique as the regular housekeeper as I feel comfortable with her in my home when I'm not there. It's really nice to come home from work to a clean house. Fabulous nothing better.

Mona, Monica and Karen were great very friendly and hard working. Even though it is going to take more than one visit to get my house in order these ladies did a great job making a dent in it. Even with my nosy kittens trying to lend a hand, and the heat, they had a smile on their faces and did not make me feel judged due to the situation with my house. I am having them come back on a weekly basis started 4 days from the initial start date. Very helpful and through in a bad situation. For the first time in a long time I feel hipeful to have my house back. I have a three bedroom two bathroom, but kitchen, partial living room and one bathroom were worked on. I believe I will have the two woman for more h poo urs next time. But overall great work.

This was my first experience with Green Frog Cleaning. I was very impressed! Jaemi and Yvette arrived right on time, and they were friendly, professional, customer-focused, and efficient. They did an excellent job cleaning the house. Based on this experience, I would say that Green Frog is the best cleaning agency I have ever worked with.

Everything we asked for was done according to our instructions.  There are just the 2 of us with no pets and AC so not too hard to clean, but sometimes you don't always get what you want.  This time we have!

It went very well the technician showed up on time it went right to work and didn't stop the whole time she was there except to ask me how it looked when I went into each room couldn't ask for anything better

I am so happy that we have Mary Lou from Green Frog Cleaning clean our house. My experience has been excellent as she clearly communicates with me through phone or text and understands not only the value of customer service but the value of personal service. My place continues to look amazing after a visit from Mary Lou.

It went wonderful. It had many years since we had our home professionally cleaned and they did an incredible job. They were professional, had great attention to detail and very friendly. It was such a joy to have my home all sparkly and clean. I can wait to have them back again.
