Green Frog House Cleaning

Really great company...this is my 2nd time using Froggy Cleaners..they do everything..a big thanks. Great team and would like them again. Thanks...A+ company.

It went horribly bad. They tried to charge me extra money for work that they had not been done. For example, the shower- the glass had not been touched. They had used cheap cleaner for the floors. It had not been cleaned. The bathrooms were not even touched. My stainless steal- brand new- refrigerator she had started to clean with a cleaner that would have ruined it. Luckily, I walked up while she was doing that before she did ruin it. They did eventually give me my money back thoguh.

We were really impressed with them. They were very meticulous in their cleaning.  There were two here doing the work. They did a real good job.

It turned out very well ...

A team of two ladies arrived within one hour the window provided by the supplier. They proceeded to clean our three bedroom, two and a half baths and did an excellent job. My wife is a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning and she only had good things to say about the cleaning job. My wife was happy and I was happy. Great job!!!!!

It was pretty good.  There was some confusion and the staff thought it was a regular housecleaning instead of a deep cleaning.  They brought their own products.  I think it would have gone better if they knew more about the deal.  They would have spent their time better.  The owners were phenomenal.  We purchased the deal for a rental and they were so good about rescheduling.  They were very responsive.  When I tried to explain my situation at the end, the lead cleaner got argumentative with me.  When she talked to her supervisor, she found out that it was for a deep cleaning.

Why put loops on oven hot pads? Was going to make Eggplant
Lasagna for dinner so 1 hour at store, 2 hour preparation and $$. Got it all to
gather and into a 400 degree oven. Then had bright idea to use pads, pull it
out, place it on stove top and finish with Parmesan and Basil then, picked
fiery hot pan to put under the broiler and pad loop hooked over stove top, lost
control and the whole pan of Lasagna dumped onto the oven door, the cabinet and
the floor. TRAINWRECK!!     
 
Next day checked on Angies and found Green Frog. Sidney and
Marylar showed up and cleaned up the train wreck and much more. They worked
hard for two hours to clean the kitchen, micro wave, clean and wax cabinets,
toilet and floors, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen sparkles. Their work was excellent and
professional work. I am 100% satisfied.

We were very pleased with them. I spent $160. We got great service and great cleaning. They were really nice people to talk to and deal with and they did a great job.

It was ok.  I just did not like their time frame for cleaning.  Because it was two of them, the time had to be split up.  Meaning 9-3 is their 8 hours, for the price, my 8 hours is 9-5. The complete cleaning that I was expecting, for the price, was not attained.

The services turned out fine. They are cleaning my house regularly now.

What a fantastic job was done.  I could not believe the cleaning and care that both Brian and Rachel took with my house.   What a great Job.  Love the professional way they handled everything   Thanks...  Would recommend this company to everyone on Angies List.   You will not be disappointed.

Just as regular person was being schedule for a bi-weekly cleaning things changed, again. Had a substitute that had cleaned on one prior occasion with a regular team member. They did a very poor job. It was more a question of what was cleaned....then what wasn't

Arrangements were made for a different person to clean again at no charge. Satisfied that was offered.

Not sure if I will continue their service.....too many issues to deal with.

They did a very good job. They were very thorough and I like that they use organic products. The girls they sent over were really friendly and very professional. They used a vacuum cleaner that made my carpet look really good like it was professionally cleaned. They are very organized in the way they clean the house.  I like that they do follow up calls to find out whether the work was satisfactory or whether they missed anything.

First visit they sent 2 cleaners that worked for approx. 6 hours but did not finish.  Called to tell them of my dissatisfaction with the job.  They responded very promptly, met with me at the house to show what still needed to be done.  Showed up the next day to complete the job. Although I was satisfied with their prompt response to my dissatisfaction, the job should have been done right the first time. 
Although the house is large, it was completely empty, so I feel the workers should have been able to do a complete job in 6 hours. 

They came and checked out the apartment and gave me a quote. They were on time and very courteous. It turned out that I was going to be in the hospital when they cleaned so they took an extra trip to get my keys. 

This is the second time I have used Green Frog Cleaning.  I have had the experience of using a company that does a great job on the first cleaning but doesn't do nearly as well the second time around.  This was not true for Green Frog.  They did an excellent cleaning both times.  
The first cleaning (in August) cost nearly twice as much, but I was told that was because the house had been "deep-cleaned" and that from then on the monthly rate would be substantially lower.  They added an extra $15 to the second cleaning because I asked that they change the linens on one bed.  I was also told that I was very lucky the "fast" cleaner had come out, because the "slow" cleaner would have taken much more time and my bill would have been higher.  Huh?  I thought we had agreed on a monthly price for the job, not on the abilities of the cleaner.  So this would be my only complaint and suggestion about Green Frog - make sure you know what the agreed upon price is.  Their cleaning is great.  Their pricing seems very flexible.

They are decent but I don't know if i would use them without getting the "groupon rate".  The cleaning that they did was fine but the part I didnt like was the fact that I had to be very specific with what I wanted them to do.  I sent one of them into the kitchen and just told her to clean the kitchen, she then asked me exactly what I wanted her to focus on.  I went through a few things and moved on, only to realize after the left that there was one thing i didnt specifically point out that never got cleaned at all.  Personally I would like to just say clean the kitchen and the entire kitchen gets cleaned.

I'm very happy with the service provided.  Marina and Natasha were extremely professional and thorough, and did a great job. I've had other cleaning services in the past that did not have the attention to detail that Green Frog does. And I love that they only use environmentally friendly products. Also, I have 2 dogs, and the dog hair is a constant challenge, but they banished it all!

I was very happy with the service I received from Green Frog House Cleaning. They arrived promptly at the time of my scheduled appointment. They asked if there was anything I wanted the to focus on before hand. I was able to leave my dog in the house and they worked around him with no problems. Every room was thoroughly cleaned including the floors. The results were amazing. They were able to get rid of all the dog hair. All the cleaning products used smelled incredible.  i would definitely use their service in the future as they do a great job and it is a real time saver.
