Work went well except for disagreement with installer about water purification system installation method.

Todd was very responsive on Sat. when I called for service.  He offered to do the repair on Sat., but arranged for Monday instead- they have done repairs at my rental in El Cajon for years -- and have always done a good job and coordinated with the tenant for workable appointment times.  

I was charged $125 for an estimate to replace a section of sewer pipe.

Out of several other plumber's estimates, this was the only one that charged a fee for this.

When I called back less than 5 months later to have the work done, I was treated over

the phone very unprofessionally and told that the estimator did not work there anymore,

and that the estimate was only good for 30 days.  There was nothing on the estimate

that said that.  I was told he used an old form. After I complained, I was offered another free estimate, but I did not

feel comfortable doing anything with this company.  They should have just refunded my money.

All work was done perfectly. I am very happy with all services provided. Recently had another company out to clean kitchen and bath drains and they were not much better when they left (wasted my money). Mike the plumber from earl fite ran a 2 inch snake for 75 feet from my kitchen drain. All of the drains in my house now drain perfectly. They have not drained this good for many, many years. While they are expensive it was money well spent. Mike worked non stop for about 4 hours. This man really works. He is very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

My recently purchased 1966 built home sprung a leak in a hot water line which was buried under a beautiful terrazzo tile floor. Of course it was a Sunday! I called Tod who responded by phone and advised me what I could do to stop the flow. He sent Roberto over the next morning to access the problem and identify the leak. We determined that our best plan was to reroute the hot water for the bedroom wing of the house. They started on the job that day and it was completed within two days. In the meantime, I also had a sewer backup after business hours in another toilet. Called Tod and he again came to the rescue.
Tod also came to inspect the job to make sure it was done correctly. We also conferred about installing a new main shutoff and regulator. This had been recommended by the water company when they came to turn off the main water at the street as my turnoff was inoperable. Tod quoted a fair price and got the job done the next day.

THIS COMPANY RESPONDED ON TIME, AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED, THERE WERE NO HIDDEN CHARGES AND NO ATTEMPTS TO SELL UNNECESSARY PARTS. THE NOISE PROBLEM IS SOLVED AS WELL AS THE PROBLEM OF LOW WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER.
