DISCOUNT TIRES

Their prices are just a little above other places. But their service has always been beyond what I have gotten from other places. They are all over. IF you need you tires balanced or aligned they do it for free if you are a regular customer. Like anybody I have 3 cars and I get a flat once in a while. When I buy a full set of tires i usually get their full warranty package where anywhere in the world if a tire blows out they will fix it. If it blows out in Canada they will pay the Canadian to fix it. They are an A for all the categories. 

They are a very busy place usually. I think 30 minutes at most is what I wait in line. They usually  half a dozen people. They are usually a parking lot full of cars. Generally speaking you are going to get service done within 45 minutes at the most. I think they are the top. They would beat anybody else.

Good service, good tires.

I bought four tires for my vintage 1985 300ZX about one year ago. The service was fast and efficient. In the first three months one of the balance weights disappeared. Discount replaced it and re-balanced the wheels FREE. Then I got a nail in my rear tire and noticed it going flat. Again, Discount Tire helped. They removed the nail and plugged the hole. And always with cheerful and fast service. From now on, I will go ONLY to Discount Tire with all four family cars. Especially my 'Z'.

I would use them again.

I needed four new tires for my work's 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 truck. I really wanted BF Goodrich All Terrain TA/KO tires. They said that wouldn't be a problem and I came in and they installed them in about 2 hours. There were lots of people in line and lots of cars there but they made an effort to address my needs personally and quickly. The tires are doing great!

All I will say is that I was satisfied with them. I bought a policy with them so I ended up paying a very small amount for the work. The people at this shop were very friendly and helpful and did a very good job. The quality of their work was excellent.

TIRE SELECTION (FOR AN OFF-SIZED MODEL) WAS GOOD and SALESMAN WAS FORTHRIGHT and EFFICIENT IN PRESENTING THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE. THE SALES and INSTALLATION PRICES WERE AVERAGE. INSTALLATION BEGAN IMMEDIATELY and WAS COMPLETED RAPIDLY, WITH GOOD ATTENTION TO DETAIL. STAFF EVEN CHECKED AIR PRESSURE IN THE SPARE TIRE, NOT AN EASY THING TO DO IN A TOYOTA! OVERALL, A "MINIMUM HASSLE" EXPERIENCE, and I WOULD EXPECT TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TIRES AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

THE WAIT WAS WORTH THE PRICE AND THE GOOD JOB THAT WAS DONE ON MY CAR. GAVE ME A LOT OF OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WILLING TO INSURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE.

DISCOUNT TIRE WAS THE CHEAPEST COMPANY THAT I FOUND. THEY WORKED REALLY FAST SO THAT I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT VERY LONG. THE TIRES WERE OF GREAT QUALITY.

WE HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL SETS OF TIRES FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB AND ARE EFFICIENT AND GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY SO THE WAIT IS NOT LONG.

THE SALESPERSON EXPLAINED DIFFERENT TYPES OF TIRES AND RECOMMENDED A SPECIFIC TYPE OF TIRE FOR OUR CAR. WE COULD EITHER WAIT FOR OUR CAR OR RETURN LATER. THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT...COMPLETED IN AN HOUR.

DISCOUNT TIRE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND POLITE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS NOT CHEAP, BUT IT WAS REASONABLE.
