The staff is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. In particular, Mr. Larry Combe performed the actual service and handled all of our needs. This man is a true jeweler in every good sense of the word. He patiently and expertly explained the upside to the repair but he also outlined the downsides to dealing with bent and very old gold rings. That being the issue of malleability. Suffice to say, Mr. Combe made the repair(s) and then explained exactly how long my wife should wait before attempting to wear the ring set again -- given she had just had carpel tunnel surgery and her hand was swollen. The pièce de résistance -- this Gentleman refused payment and sincerely thanked us for our patronage. Rest assured we will be back as paying clients.
