We had to look for sales reps. to help us. when we found someone to help they seemed bothered by us, answered our questions ONLY, did not offer any further information. We are ALL busy people, but when your in SALES, selling is IMPORTANT. To say the least I took my business to CostCo in La Habra. I just don't have time to waste on POOR service. Lowe located in City of Industry.

It's nice to know that Lowe's is so busy, but they don't seem very interested in hiring more people to meet what is obviously a very high demand. I am still searching for quotes for a complete kitchen renovation--cabinets, floors, appliances, lighting--the whole thing. But with this lousy customer service and only ever speaking to a few people, all of whom seemed like adolescents who really didn't want to be where they were and certainly not helping me, I will not use Lowe's for any of these services and it will probably be quite a while before I go back there.

I am very happy with them. The installation crew was very quick and professional. They did a great job.

THE COMPANY PROVIDED ME WITH HIGHLY CRAFTED WINDOWS. THEY DELIVERED THEM TO MY HOME. WHEN I CALLED TO PLACED MY ORDER, THEY CALLED BACK QUICKLY. THEY WERE CUSTOM DESIGNED TO FIT PERFECTLY. I AM ACTUALLY PUTTING THEM IN MYSELF EASILY. THAT'S HOW GOOD THEY DESIGNED THEM. I AM VERY SATISFIED.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS POOR BECAUSE HE HAD TO COME BACK AFTER IT WAS FINISHED. THE GUY THAT CAME OUT HAD POOR PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. HE DID NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO PUT THE OPENER ON RIGHT.
