Description of Work: Solved the clogged drain. Made extra effort to answer any questions I might have, and he wouldn't leave until he was certain I had no more questions. I'm uncertain about the date service was provided, I didn't do the review right away.

Description of Work: Joshua came after hours and was able to temporary stop a leak in my recirculating hot water line that was dripping into my garage from the ceiling and could have caused extensive damage. he came back the next day and permanently fixed the leak. i am grateful to him for coming during his off hours and his ability to diagnose the problem quickly and remedy the situation

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet, replaced two (2) shower parts and removed old water heater and installed a new heater. The cost included the cost of parts and the water heater.

Description of Work: Joshua did a great job on a difficult install of a whole house water filtration system. He stayed with the job until he was entirely sure there were no leaks. The system used plastic threads, had multiple tanks and filters, and required placement design. His solution was efficient, effective, and creative given the space requirements. He used copper pipe when possible to minimize future issues. His design ensured that I could easily maintain the system as a homeowner. He is a talented and highly experienced plumber. His price was very reasonable, especially for all the work and time required. I look forward to now having a plumber I can call on for all my future needs.

Description of Work: We had aBlocked sewer and Joshua had to go up on the roof to Snake the main line. After he was finished I asked him to look at my dishwasher Connection. It was done completely wrong and so he took it apart and put an overflow line up into the sink. Next I asked him to remove the big cyclinder and 3 filters that were from the family before us and took up all the room under the sink. Then While he was doing that he found that was hooked up with an extra line that would leave a leak. He had to go to the store for parts so I asked him to pick up a new kitchen spigit for me which he did and then he put that ontoo. I used him twice and if I need a plummer again I will call Joshua. He is very pleasant and personable and also knowledgable. In my book he is a saint. Don't remember what he charged but I was pleased with the bill,

Description of Work: 2nd time calling him and first time on the service. | |The first time was for knocking on the plumbing. He checked the pressure, and informed me on morning pressure vs. afternoon pressure. He said it wasn't an issue. Gave me advice on fixing the knocking issue (straping some loose pipes). He said information is free. I'm glad I got a chance to talk to him. | |2nd call, I had the water heater replaced. I was contemplating on tankless vs. regular water tank. I live in 3 br/1 bath house. I didn't run out of hot water and I didn't had water filtration. After discussion more pro vs. con, I was comfortable staying with water tank. He came one time and finish the work in half of day. He also informed me about other city codes and regulation. I like to be informed. Information is free.
