Description of Work: Excellent service. The bill listed additional work that should be done in the future. I was very satisfied with what was done, and I will most likely hire them in the near future.

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate for a new HVAC system. Haven't chosen the system yet but they were knowledgeable and helpful.

Description of Work: Minor fix to our A/C sytem which went well and seemed a fair price. However, there was a bit of a "sell job" saying our whole system should be replaced and we're breathing in carcinogens all day long. The repairmen said he would follow up with a quote for a new system, but I never received it.

Description of Work: Installed Lennox heater motor assembly.

Description of Work: A total maniac. We had La Canada Air over to do a.bid on our project. What wound up happening was a poorly executed evaluation of the scope of work followed by a 45 minute diatribe against the city of Los Angeles, the powers that be, something about Mitt Romney, and how he and the hvac industry are all being crushed under a sea of paperwork. Without going on through roof, he could tell that it was not permitted. This was contrary to the actual permit that wad pulled for it in 1974 when the house was remodeled. It was 45 minutes of scolding and scare tactics about duct work giving one cancer. All in all, it felt more like a monologue being delivered in a bar than by a professional on the job speaking to their potential clients. I.am sure it would have resulted in a draconian price stitched together vial spital. It was sad actually.

Description of Work: Replaced my HVAC with hi-efficiency model. Added dual-zone temperature control. Involved cutting into existing ducting and rerouting the vent to accomdate the added water vaper released from a hi-efficient furnace. Followed-up with additional dampening of the air conditioning exchange unit outside to cure a vibration problem and added a muffler to the rerouted vent to improve the quietness of the unit. All as part of the deal. Very thorough and complete. The unit was permitted and the city inspector said this was one of the best installations he has seen.

Description of Work: The only service provided was a call back to a message left on the company voice mail. This company does not work weekends, and that is the only time I am available. Therefore, I was not able to use this company to performthe service I was in need of. The person on the phone was pleasant and professional, and the call back was timely.
