We use this company all the time. They are very good and very nice people to deal with . This is more of a mom and pop shop. They stand behind their work. We have them out once a year for maintenance. We have a contract with them that is well worth it.

The job was done with care and taken care of on time. I am very pleased with Aaron who did most.

I used to use them for my maintenance of HVAC. I also had them for an electronic filter. They were pretty good for those items at the time. I signed up for a 3 year contract and after 1 year, they were done. I had a feeling they were not doing what they were supposed to, so I had another opinion. I do not think they are very honest in their service and have decided to go with another company for the maintenance.

The installers arrived on time and worked dilligently through the day

We have used them for minor repairs in the past. Everything went fine with those repairs. When it came time to have a brand new system put in, we called them. The owner showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. Here's the deal: Weeks and weeks went by before we ever got his quote! Meanwhile, we got other quotes; made our decision and had the entire system installed before La Canada Heating ever responded.

Furnace had quit working. I called first thing Monday morning. They promised to be out in the afternoon. It was late afternoon; but they made it. It did not take long diagnois the problem. The blower worked, the ignition worked, the pilot worked, but the gas valve would not open. They were careful to check that the ignition module was indeed the problem. It proved to be overheating, and breaking down, dropping the voltage to the gas valve; which in turn would close. This finally reached the point where it would not open at all. The module was replaced, and general functioning of the furnace checked. The filter was replaced also. Very professional and generous with advice. They installed this heating and air unit 19 years ago, and have done all the repairs to it. I am well satisfied with their service.

I have a long-term relationship with them. They do our semi-annual maintenance. I put it out to bid and they had a very competitive bid. They know the house and they did good work. They give me very good service at a very good price. The two installers were excellent. I insisted that it be permitted so the city inspector came out and he really thought it was a very good job. I would continue using them. They did a great job.

The new furnace is ok so far. They were easy to work with. There are some issues with the permit and the officials from the city have to follow up and it s not done yet.

The cool air wouldn't blow one day this summer so I used Angie's List to find a reputable air repair and called on La Canada air and Heating. My 1200 sq ft home has a 1957 Lenox furnace replaced for a Goodman furnace(80% AFUE), a new attic fan, all ducts replaced, evaporation coil chemically cleaned and the replacement of 2 return grills with filters. It was a big job that took 3 full days of 2 hard working men to finish. They were very knowledgeable and informative about what they were doing. My husband is an critical engineer who can do most of our home maintenance, but not this job. Even he was satisfied with their work.

I haven't yet made another commitment to them, but I probably will. They have been marvelous. They are on time. They are extremely knowledgeable about whatever they service.

The guy was good, came over, and found the problem. I was charged 80 dollars for the service call. To correct the problem, this guy told me that I would need to replace the entire coil and that it would cost me $2600. The only problem that I actually needed fixed was that I needed a new pan installed and I had one installed by another company for $165. I was not happy that the gentleman from this company tried to take advantage of the situation and over charge me for something that did not need to be done.

Great. Mike, the tech, really knew his stuff. Solved the problem and got us into a tight schedule.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on installing A/C, but the person did not show up. I called, and he promised that he would show up on another day. He did not make that appointment either. My son had this company install A/C in his home, and he was very pleased. His referral is the reason I wanted to get a price quote. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with La Canada and would not recommend them.

Company provided a three hour window when they would arrive and this was adhered to. Mike was polite and friendly and quickly determined that the belt and filter needed to to replaced. Filter was replaced immediately but the belt had to be ordered and will be installed at a later date. Checked the heater and demonstrated where and how filter should be cleaned. Over all the experience was pleasant and professionally carried out.

La Canada seemed very knowledgeable and worked quickly. The air conditioning had not been working for some time. It was back up and running when he left.

THEY DID A FINE JOB OVERALL. THE PEOPLE WHO CAME OUT TO CHECK ON THE FURNACE WERE VERY PLEASANT.

MY HOUSE IS SHAPED FUNNY, SO THEY HAD TO DO SPECIAL WORK TO ACCOMMODATE THAT. THEY WERE ABLE TO DO EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, AND THAT WAS WHAT I LIKED THE MOST ABOUT THEM. I HAD FIVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE COME OUT, BUT THEY WERE THE BEST.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. WE BUY A CONTRACT FOR THREE YEARS, THEY COME TWICE A YEAR, BEFORE WE USE THE A/C OR HEATING. WE DON'T USUALLY BUY A MAINTENANCE THING, BUT FOR THIS, WE DECIDED WE WERE GOING TO.

I MET WITH THE OWNER PERSONALLY IN MY HOME TO PLAN AND ESTIMATE THE ENTIRE JOB. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. I DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED AS WE JOINTLY DESIGNED THE BEST SYSTEM FOR MY NEEDS. THE INSTALLATION WAS FAST AND EFFORTLESS ON MY PART. THE EXPERIENCE WAS COMFORTABLE AND CONTINUES TO BE AS THEY CALL WITH REMINDERS FOR PERIODIC MAINTENANCE.

CAME ON TIME AND HAD THE A/C RUNNING WITHIN 1 HOUR'S TIME.
