H & H Bath and Safety

I was referred by a friend to give H & H bath and safety a try for my aunt, they returned my call within 30 minutes and asked me several questions on what my need were, I was really impress with the product specialist and what I thought I needed, wasn't at all correct. We set up an appt. for him to go to my aunt’s house where I meet him to go over what was needed and I couldn't believe all the different styles and finishes, I knew I pick the right company for the job. Once the bars were installed my Aunt couldn't have been happier, the installers were polite and professional, and were done within an hour. I saw the final project, and I could not believe how well these bars were installed and even with my weight they didn't even budge, the bars are good and strong quality and the matte finish looks great. I called and Adam answered and was very professional.  He asked specific questions about what I needed and offered to set up an appointment to come to my home and take a look.  We easily scheduled an appointment, and he arrived on time (no 4 hour window!) and brought a catalog of the many products, finishes and styles they offer.  We looked at each area that needed bars and we discussed what would work best for me.  Then, while I looked through the catalog to select the style I wanted, he measured the 2 bathrooms.  I placed the order with him that day, and had the bars installed within a few days.  Really easy and convenient.
