Crescenta Cañada Plumbing was TERRIFIC!! They arrived when they said they would, they went right to work, and got the work done very quickly. The price was very fair, about 1/3 of what I have paid for similar plumbing services in the past. They charge by the hour, not by the task -- so I very much appreciated their efficiency. Super friendly and professional, too! Their magnet is going to have a prominent place on my fridge for the next time I need a plumber. Thanks Augie!!

They did a really great job. He was prompt and polite and the price was good. I liked everything about them.

Although the contractor agreed to an 8:00am appointment, they called at about 8:20am and indicated that they would be here within the hour - ok with me. Once he arrived, Juan replaced the garbage disposal in my kitchen sink. He also verified the leak in the toilet and repaired the seal as well as installing a new flapper and accessories. All work was done quickly, quietly and professionally. After having a bad experience with another local plumbing contractor, it was a pleasure to meet and talk with Juan and to watch him work. All work done was done quickly, quietly and professionally. I will now use Crescenta-Canada as my regular plumbing contractor replacing another local company. A rating from me !

We have used Crescenta Canada Plumbing for a couple of years after finding them on Angie's List. We are extremely satisfied with their amazing service. Everything we've ever had done by Augie and Juan has been handled professionally, promptly and within a reasonable budget. We can't recommend them highly enough.

After my first call, the very pleasant Augie and his partner came out right away and immediately found a missing washer in an extension hose. The repair was prompt and efficient. Oddly, about a week later, there was a bit more evidence of a leak, in a slightly different spot. Since it was a Friday afternoon, and not an emergency, we decided to watch it until Monday. Then it disappeared again. Later, after we noticed more (l minimal) leakage, Augie returned ... and after testing several areas, he found the air gap for the dishwasher seemed to be the culprit. Augie managed our small job between his bigger, emergency type work. Since his is a small operation, he adjusted his call based on the "need" (and this call was not the flooded floor he was also dealing with ) and the location, duration. He's very clear, honest, and calls ahead to let you know when he'll be there. Professional. Reasonable rates.

We wanted to try a new plumber. I looked on Angie's List for someone local and liked the reviews about these guys. Juan came just two days after my initial call - nothing was urgent. He was friendly, professional, and got the job done well. He seemed very honest and charged a fair price (He had to travel to purchase a part and did not charge for travel time.). We will definitely call on them again.

I've used them before. They are so great that I almost don't even want to tell anyone about them because I don't want them to get too busy for me. But the deserve rave reviews. Great guys, hard workers, and don't hose you on the price.

Had Crescenta Canada out for a blockage previously and was impressed with them so had them out to replace a bathtub (Roman style) drain system. They can out and worked quickly and got it done in a nice manner at a fair price. These guys have to be about the most genuine tradesmen I've come across.

Had a backed up system late at night. Found Crescenta Canada on Angie's list. They were able to respond first thing the next morning. They explained everything and quickly went to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. They were quick, professional, positive, and got the job done. I would (and already have) had them back for other unrelated work.

When I got home I found the sinks with the problem, immaculate and working perfectly. In the past I have had them to intricate plumbing work on a high tech hot water heater installation. That work far exceeded my expectations and at a fair price. I will use them in the future.

I called Juan Friday morning and he was able to send someone out within a half hour. The gentleman who came performed the work effectively and efficiently. He explained everything that was happening and identified the areas and clogs along the main line route to the sewer. He properly threw the debris (roots) in my yard waste bin and hosed down the driveway before he left. I was so impressed and confident in the process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use their services in the future.

Augie and Juan arrived on the job (sewer snake cleaning) on time and with all necessary tools and materials. Job site was kept clean and orderly at all times. Augie assisted us in determining the next phase of our plumbing work, under kitchen sink remodel, new main sewer clean-out installation and snaked main sewer to the street. The following week they arrived, again on time, with all materials for the job. Everything went smoothly, professionally and now a month later perfectly...that is - no leaks, no fuss, no muss... On a Sunday afternoon my neighbors alerted us to a huge gush of a water coming from our front lawn. We did a little digging and discovered that the main water line to the house had burst at a joint. I called Crescenta Canada Plumbing and spoke to Augie, he came out within the hour. He fixed the joint and even refilled the hole for me. If I ever have need any plumbing work done I'll call Crescenta Canada Plumbing first, they were great.

Fantastic! I called first thing in the morning, and was told they could be here around noon that day, and would call to confirm before they came. At noon, Augie called and asked if they could come over, and could be here in 20 minutes. I said ok, and they were here in 10. They introduced themselves, with a smile, and were pleasant, clean, personable and professional. I showed them the area of work and explained what I needed done. I was immediately informed about the problem using the existing kitchen sink water source, and was asked about the hose bib they had noticed when coming up the driveway. We agreed on the scope of work, and I went back to work on my computer. A little less than an hour later, Augie came, I thought to ask a question, and I was told the work was done. I couldn't believe it. He walked me through the work, inside and out, explaining all that was done. Everything was neat and clean, ready for the new refrigerator. I wish I had known about this company before having other work done in the past. They are definitely my plumbing company for any future work. I can highly recommend them without a second thought.

The guys were great. Nice guys, fair, hard working and solid quality. Have already hired them again to instal a toilet. You'll be lucky to have them!

They were patient while I explained what was wrong and asked many questions. They then quickly cleaned out all the drains, rootered the main pipe and the bill came to be much less than I had anticipated!
