I was pretty scared going into the process because friends of mine have had bad experiences in their home buying experiences. Phyllis was able to show me homes the very first day that I called her. She updated me on the area and it's market. She wrote a great offer (the other agent even told us so), there were multiple offers, and we got it even though our offer was not the highest. She found my dream home after working with her for 1 week, in my price range and in my preferred area. The escrow process was very smooth. She always kept me in the loop and was always available when I had a question. She is great at getting back to you quickly when you leave a message.
