Starving Plumbers

This company was over the top in accommodating my schedule!!! THE plumber was punctual, well mannered and immediately identified and fixed the problem. I don't know what the cost is but i'm certain I will be OK with the invoice. This is an honorable company!!!

Proactive responsiveness - they called ME after I entered my project needs online. Good telephone consultation and convenient appointment made. Technician showed up on time, and work completed quickly and thoroughly. Parts seemed spendy, but what do I know about such things. Hourly labor rate is competitive. Would certainly use again for any plumbing needs.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand for someone who knows nothing about replacing a leaking faucet. My new faucet works better than ever!

Arrived on time, fixed my issue quickly.

Everything was fine except the job took no more than 5 minutes. Part of the valve had to be tightened. They charged me $168 which is their hourly rate. I understand but in this case I think there should have been an exception made. $100 would have been fair.
