The customer service and the tech were great. The work was finished quickly and neatly and he checked to make sure everything was working properly. It was easy to get an appointment. Although I think they charge much less than many others, I still feel it was a lot of money.

Glen Nichols is a terrific representative for this company. He was knowledgeable and helpful for the start of the process. Eighteen months after the installation, there was a problem with the blower motor, and I called Glen. He ensured that the problem was repaired in a timely manner and that the cost to do so was minimal. Can't say enough about this man.

I shopped around quite a bit before choosing True Air. Pete was very knowledgeable and didn't try to push or oversell me on anything. Matt and the crew were very professional, efficient and friendly. Installation was straightforward and quick. The crew were very respectful of my house & property and quick to clean up any messes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement HVAC system.

Very professional and responsive. I live out of state and rent my home. I had a new AC installed by another home warranty contractor and learned I needed a new furnace for the larger coil. True Air went to inspect my furnace and noticed serious errors with the AC install. I was shocked but thankful he took the time to inspect and photograph these issues. I hired him to fix the issues when installing my new furnace. Very thankful Home Advisor connected me to him.

After discussing the pros & cons with Pete who provided two quotes (one for repair & one for install) we decided upon a system repair & air flow balancing. Pete was extremely knowledgeable & easy to work with. Matt and his crew were punctual, professional & also easy to work with. They all cleaned up after themselves & we're done in a few hours. Overall a good experience at a reasonable price.

Contacted me the next day. Everyone was very polite. Explained and answered all my questions. After the first home visit to go over the work plans, I knew I found the right company and hired them on the spot. The entire process, from the first call to the clean up, took less than a week and a half. Wonderful company, wonderful employees!

Pete was very knowledgeable and was able to provide sound arguments for why he thought I should go with a split system instead of a heat pump and why I shouldn't locate the equipment where I wanted it. Then at the end of the day he stepped up with the best pricing for the same scope of work as another HVAC contractor I spoke with from Home Adivor.

Pete came out,he explained everything that would be involved in replacing our a/c and furnace. The installers were helpful and they finished even faster than what they quoted. Definitely recommend!

Got a great product for the $$ I spent, the installers did a great job and were very professional and took the extra time to make sure my system provided adequate air supply to each of the registers in my home. Had on miscommunication on when the workers would show up, but it was handled and all is good.

True Air Mechanical is a very great company to work with. Pete our salesman was so very helpful, and patient with us. He was concerned about finding the right system and cost effectiveness for us since we are on a fixed income. He was not a pushy salesman and gave us time to do more investigation. Brian our installer was professional, perfectionist and such a pleasure to work with. He explained all aspects of the system. True Air recommended Carrier system, heat pump and ac unit.

From Glen the estimator to Brian and Aaron the installers this is a very professional company. All work was done on time with no surprises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
