Description of Work: This was one of the most unpleasant experiences. The guys couldn't find my place -- and when they came, I didn't feel that I could completely trust them. I just felt like I needed to keep my eyes on them. When they finished, I realized they had broken a living room window. I called the owner and he said he would replace it -- and I said I would pay the fee I owed at the time my window was delivered. I have not received my window. They took my frame to replace the glass -- and now I don't have a storm window. I don't know what to do to resolve this.

Dear Customer, Technicians that arrived at your home are students. I do not know why you thought that you can not trust them. All other customers seems to be liking them. We broke your storm window and took it for repairs. Storm window was repaired 3 months ago. We failed to return it one Saturday, because it was missing some parts.
