Had blinds installed that were the incorrect size. At first the installer came without the blinds. Then they were the wrong size once he got it. Then they never got back to me to reinstall it. Don't recommend this company

April, our consultant was excellent. She was professional, explained everything, talked to us about all options, found out answers to questions she didn't know, and worked closely with our installer to make the shutters perfect. Derek, our installer was super, too...professional, friendly, and installed the shutters beautifully. We are just thrilled with how nice the shutters look and their ability to insulate our home. Definitely a great investment in our home. We couldn't be happier.

I found the consultant who came out to our home to be very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me choose blinds that were still in our budget, and she explained the difference in quality between her product and Home Depot's product - metal versus plastic railings. She also did all of the measurements for my custom install.

Horrific Horrible Experience that requires me to now take them to court. They caused me a lot of fines and left me with the products that I am not happy with. I never received any paperwork on this either.
