Although this job completed within the expected timeframe, the noteworthy item about this job was Felipe's ability to troubleshoot unexpected problems and either solve or propose alternate solutions. Several times, throughout this project, I though we had hit a roadblock and that I would not get the result I wanted; however, Felipe always came through with a solution that either met or exceeded my expectations! Felipe pays close attention to details to make sure that I am a happy and satisfied customer, and he will go through incredible lengths to achieve that successful result. For example, we had difficulty finding the security doors I wanted and the replacement tiles I needed. I was at the point of giving up, but Felipe persevered and the end result was extraordinary!!! This is just one example of why I am a repeat customer! Thank you, Felipe, for another job well done!!!

Outstanding work. First job was finishing a garage (insulation, drywall, new lighting, flooring etc.) Top notch work. Hired to do the same in my attic. Then hired a 3rd time to remodel a bathroom. Everything was great every time. Will definitely hire again.

Felipe and his painter were incredibly professional and made our house look even better than we could have imagined. He painted the entire exterior including the trim, detached garage, and metal bars over the window. Felipe was helpful throughout the project and provided insight that only comes with experience. He was prompt, friendly, and easy to work with. Felipe made sure to ask us questions throughout the project to ensure we were completely satisfied. We have used him in the past for other house projects and will continue to seek him out in the future!

I received a great quality job for Felipe’s repair of the termite damage above my bathroom window! What I appreciated about Felipe’s approach was he was willing to brainstorm a few options with me. 5 stars!

We used Felipe to replace ~75 feet of drywall in the garage and repair a hole in our interior drywall. Fantastic job. They were done in ~8 hrs, drywall job was better than the original, and they cleaned the whole work area.

It went very well. They were willing to incorporate improvements as they found them. Their service was quick, friendly, and reasonable.

They were responsive, polite, and cleaned up. Most importantly, Felipe AND his people were very knowledgeable, asked questions when appropriate, thorough and did an excellent job!! I have already asked him to come back to do more work. They clearly have pride in their work and they have reason to be.

My project: Restore shed foundation and build new shed. My delivery schedule got all messed up and kept changing (HomeDepot) but Felipe kept working with me. They did the job in two 12 hours days, no sitting around and BS'ing, just work. He came back and sealed the bottom of the shed at no cost to make sure the job was done right. Although I didn't end up hiring Felipe, I appreciate him coming out to give an assessment and an estimate of carport repairs. The HOA used their own contractor to do the repairs. I'm actually not as confident in the HOA contractor as I would be if Felipe did the work. He sounded like a very competent Handyman and his estimate was not outrageous.

We did a FULL kitchen remodel and are ecstatic about the work that Felipe and his team did. His estimate was fair and in our budget. His communication skills were stellar, always making sure we knew the details. He is respectful and kind, We will always call him for whatever we need as far as remodels and handyman projects go.

Extremely well. I was able to contact by phone and he request photos of the damage to prepare ahead of time. Quick site visit and then the better part of another day doing the work. He was responsive and diligent about time of arrival updates and working with my schedule. Work itself looks very well done and cleanup was great. Overall one of the best handyman experiences I've had.

Felipe's work was absolutely excellent, above and beyond expectations. He is very professional. After patching and plastering several rooms in my home, which was dusty work, he thoroughly swept and cleaned the area. I recommend him highly and would hire again.

Went very well. Very happy. Felipe went above and beyond to find matching marble tiles which were hard to find. He cut and matched them perfect to the existing tiles. Looks like new again!

Felipe did a really great job on a really challenging project. It was an old front porch that had been enclosed. He demoed a old, very rough concrete slab and replaced it with new concrete / rebar. He helped correct some frame-slippage that had occured over the years prior to his work. He did a great job with some tiling, and a threshhold between another floor I had done. He installed a prehung door and did all of the trim work on on the interior and exterior of the space. The existing conditions of this space made this all very difficult, but I'm so impressed with the results. Felipe's great because he'll brainstorm and problem solve with you, which is especially important for very old houses where the conditions can be unknown at time of starting. His work is really exceptional. The level of craft he brought to this project was really superb. He's also a cool guy, and fun to work with. At this point, once you consider the work done on this project and other projects he's worked on over the past 2 years for my place, he has nearly completely remodeled my house. From now on, I'll basically only ask to hire Felipe.
